“Pastor” Mark Tinsley is one of five children and was born in Easley SC, but lived most of his life on the island of Cyprus (aka the island of love), where his family served as church planting missionaries. It was there where he met his Polish wife Ula and life seemed to truly begin for him. Mark served alongside his Dad in pastoral ministry for over 10 years, welcomed two kids and generally embraced the Mediterranean lifestyle. The family moved to the United States in December 2016, primarily for medical reasons related to their oldest child Michael who is an autistic individual. At the end of 2019, Mark felt the call back to ministry and moved the family to his original hometown of Easley. He became the pastor of West End Baptist Church in January 2020, where he continues to serve presently. Mark is passionate about faith, family and community.
