I have a dear friend who has neuropathy (not diabetic related) in their feet. I am wondering if you can suggest homeopathic remedies for relief. Through my research, I understand that this disease is diet related as well and can be caused by toxins and vitamin deficiencies. This person works in the contracting field and has been exposed to lead and various other toxins while doing construction type work. Neuropathies are usually chemical nerve irritation. Many meds list neuropathy, or paresthesia as a side effect, but the most common cause are neuroallergens and/or neurotoxins.
The most common cause is an alleregen, casein, found in milk and dairy foods, and as caseinate in many non-dairy foods like coffee creamers and protein shakes. People who are sensitive to casein, also react to chocolate.
