    Hi Robert,

Thanks for addressing my question on single homeopathic remedy Bothrops (Yellow Viper) on today’s show. I have a few follow-up questions. I did do multiple internet searches for single homeopathic remedy Bothrops (DuckDuckGo, Bing, Google), and I only see it available from foreign country company vendors and Ebay. I have not bought homeopathic remedies from foreign vendors outside the USA (concern about shipping costs) or from Ebay (concern about reliability?). So my questions, do you know any USA vendors that sell Bothrops homeopathic remedies beyond Ebay? If not, do you have any knowledge to share purchasing homeopathic remedies from vendors in foreign countries, such as what foreign countries or foreign vendors are the best to buy from, etc.?

I heard you mention on Richard Pearl’s show that you and your family had been sick with possibly the C word. How long ago was this? I don’t remember you talking about it on air.

      Sandie,
It was mild and mostly annoying, occurring November, December last year (2020). I don’t recall if I even missed any broadcasts because of it. Mentioned it a few times since then, including loss of sense of taste and smell.

    Hi Robert Scott Bell,
I watch your show and have a lot of respect for what you do. I am currently pregnant and just turned 20 weeks. Last week, after an abnormal blood test, and then confirmed with an ultrasound, my baby girl was diagnosed with gastroschisis. I had been planning to have a natural birth at home, far away from the hospital and medical establishment, and this news came as a hard blow. I have a lot of concern and worry about having the baby go through surgery right after birth and stay for a prolonged time in the hospital and thats not even talking about the amount of ultrasounds and other tests I’ll be going through, especially during these tenuous times. I would very much appreciate any advice you can give me on what to do or what to pay attention to, I don’t know what vaccines or other procedures the doctors at Mount Sinai in NYC will try to pressure me and my husband to concede

      Melanie,

I forwarded your concerns onto a friend of mine, who happens to be a pediatric surgeon in the Orlando, Florida area. Here is his response:

Hi RSB and thanks for passing on the message from Melanie. First, a big congratulations on your baby girl! She will be amazing and there is no reason to expect that she will have anything but a great life where she can do and be all you would want her to. Gastroschisis is definitely a big deal and there are scary possibilities however the vast majority of these infants do very well. I am sure what is on your mind is what you can do to increase the chance that she is in the fortunate 95% group and avoid the complications of this problem.
Two factors seem to relate to worsening outcomes.

One is prematurity. The smaller infants have a harder time so getting to over 35weeks is a plus. There are lots of things that contribute to whether the baby comes early and your perinatologist, Maternal Fetal medicine specialist will go over these factors. Some you can control or modify and others are based upon your history, age and state of health.

The second factor is the time between birth and addressing the baby with gastroschisis by a Pediatric Surgeon and Neonatologist. This is one of the things that will change your birth plan. Natural delivery is fine in the majority of cases(there are exceptions here) but you need to deliver where the baby is going to be cared for after birth. Home or rural deliveries will put the baby at risk by delaying the immediate care she needs.

Finally, the tough topic of vaccination, specifically the mRNA vaccine for the COVID-19 virus. What we have observed is that in babies born from mothers that received the vaccine during pregnancy had no negative effects. It was not related to premature birth or any other identified problems. It is important to note that when a pregnant mom becomes sick by the virus that causes COVID-19 they are much more likely to have a severe illness and have to be treated in the intensive care setting.

There is a pretty good likelihood that you and your baby will be spending some time at that medical facility after birth. Some children go home in under two weeks while a good number of them have prolonged hospitalizations in the neonatal unit. This will mean that you and your family will be in and out of a busy medical facility where there is no doubt a lot of illness. Anything that you can do to decrease the risk to you and your family is something that should be considered important.

Finally, spend time speaking to all your physicians and ask lots of questions. This is a hugely important time in your life and your caretakers will respect that and want to be sure you are educated on all the possibilities and what you can do to make things go as smoothly as possible.

      Be Well!

      Dr. Mark

      Melanie,
Although I may disagree with claims of safety of the mRNA jabs, I have no direct experience on the effect of those jabs given to pregnant women on babies that go full-term. In speaking with a couple of local fertility experts with reports from their clinics, there is an abnormal spike in miscarriage following moms-to-be getting the jab prior to, or early on in pregnancy. I send prayers and love for you and your child.
