Friday on The Robert Scott Bell Show:
Can’t Put That In A Pill Bottle…
UK doctors are prescribing nature to patients Long walks, bird-watching and making daisy chains are being prescribed by doctors to patients in Scotland’s Shetland Islands as part of treatments for chronic illnesses. On Friday, National Health Service Shetland rolled out what has been billed as “nature prescriptions” to help treat a range of afflictions, including high blood pressure, anxiety and depression. All 10 of the county’s public surgeries will now have a calendar and leaflet listing walks and activities, made by the Royal Society of Birds Scotland (RSPB Scotland), that doctors can hand out to patients, according to an RSPB news release. “Through the ‘Nature Prescriptions’ project GPs [doctors] and nurses can explain and promote the many benefits which being outdoors can have on physical and mental well-being,” Lauren Peterson, health improvement practitioner for NHS Shetland, said in a statement. The calendar, available online, encourages patients to comb beaches for shells, do some gardening, take a coastal walk or even search for otters during low tide in order to reap the health benefits of the outdoors.
Questions of The Day!
Hello Dr. Robert and Ty, I could REALLY use your help. My 10# dog was bitten on the cheek by a copperhead snake. Of course I raced her to the vet. She’s currently on children’s Benadryl (no dye type), then 2 other meds, one for inflammation and another for pain. I also asked if ok to give her some Soverain Silver which she approved so I’m giving her 3ml 3 x’s a day. Is their anything else that could be recommended ?
By the way I have your book Unlock the Power to Heal and the complete series “The Truth about Pet Cancer” as well as the regular TTAC. All of which is great life saving information . Thank you for all your hard work with this information. Looking forward to next years TTAC from India, I think is what you’ve been saying.
*Remedies to have on hand in response to the Snake bite question: Homeopathic snake venoms including Lachesis, Crotalus, Elaps, and Naja along with homeopathic detoxifying remedies, such as Bryonia, nux vomica, Chelidonium and even Arsenicum album. Liver support is critical, so consider some 100% whole food selenium as well.
Hello and thanks
May I ask a question please?
I’ve had some kind of upper respiratory infection for a year which subsides but never really goes away and I’ve tried nebulizing silver but with limited success. Recently I heard you describe using the face mask to sort of force the mist up into the passageways and I’ve started doing that. I’m still timid in the quantity and frequency I could be doing. Currently one dropper full of 5ppm several times a day which only lasts a minute or two. The question is whether to dramatically increase both quantity and frequency?
btw I envy the energy you display as I’ve only 10% of yours 🙁

Last Week, Science Said Aspirin was Deadly….
Daily low-dose aspirin may lower risk of ovarian cancer Women who recently and regularly take a daily low-dose aspirin may lower their risk of developing ovarian cancer, new research suggests. The study highlights two important caveats. Daily use of standard-dose aspirin (325 milligrams) does not reduce the risk of ovarian cancer, and heavy use of nonaspirin nonsteroidal anti-inflammatories (NSAIDs), such as ibuprofen and naproxen, may increase the risk, suggests the study, published Thursday in the medical journal JAMA Oncology. Another potential limitation: The result was found only in women who had been using low-dose aspirin for less than a year. Aspirin is believed to lower the risk of ovarian cancer — the fifth most common cause of cancer-related death among American women — by reducing inflammation, according to the authors. The new analysis included data on 205,498 women who were part of the Nurses’ Health Study and Nurses’ Health Study II, two long-term studies that use questionnaires to track disease and health behavior in women.
Hour 2 – Special Guest Chris Barr!
Not A Doc Chris Barr joins RSB to discuss some amazing responses to the Missing Link! We’ll talk migraine headaches, especially as they relate to female cycles. Also included: Digestive issue recoveries, weight loss and reversing the rise in MS and other neurological degradation issues. In addition to the Missing Link, we’ll cover, Silica, Selenium, Chromium, CBD, ECHO water and silver hydrosol!
Each of these The Missing Link 100 vegetable capsules contain 550 mg of a non-volcanic clay mineral sourced from an ancient inland seabed consisting of composted seaweed with naturally chelated mineral elements to include significant amounts of the following:
More than 70 other minerals elements have been documented in this rich mineral clay through nearly half a century along with fulvic acid. The need for all of these mineral elements in human nutrition has not been established.
The Missing Link contains the mineral clay recommended by the late, GREAT medical doctor John Myers – creator of the legendary nutritional “Myers Cocktails” – whom NAD (NotADoc) was privileged to learn about this personally in the 1970’s. It was the ‘Mineral 72’ and then ‘Tracemin 74’ before 78 elements were finally reliably confirmed through the past four decades.
Produce is less healthy than it was 70 years ago. These farmers are trying to change that There it sits — in all its green glory — in the produce section of your local grocery store. Broccoli. One of the most nutritious vegetables on the planet. But 70 years ago, it contained twice the calcium, on average, and more than five times the amount of vitamin A. The same could be said for a lot of our fruits and vegetables. Why? How? The answers lie in the soil and how Americans farm it. Over the past two centuries, U.S. population growth and food production methods have stressed and degraded our dirt. Our farming soil is not as alive as it once was, and experts say that’s a problem. It’s a complex issue, and there are various factors at play, but studies through the years draw a direct line back to American farms. More and more farmers are recognizing they are part of the problem — one that extends beyond their farms, affecting the water quality in our lakes, rivers and oceans downstream.
Hug A Scientist
Science confirms what the heart already knows: Hugs really do make you feel better Feeling down in the dumps? Stressed? A little off-kilter because of some disagreement? Hug it out! A new study suggests that just reaching out and touching someone — consensually, of course — can reduce bad feelings associated with the typical ups and downs of our social interactions. The study from the Department of Psychology at Carnegie Mellon University, published this week in PLOS ONE, looked at the social interactions of more than 400 people over two weeks. A summary of their daily activities, moods and physical interactions revealed a causal link between emotional states, conflicts and the number of hugs a person gave or received. “Results indicated that there was an interaction between hug receipt and conflict exposure such that receiving a hug was associated with a smaller conflict-related decrease in positive affect and a smaller conflict-related increase in negative affect when assessed concurrently,” the study reads. In plainer English, hugging helped people feel less poorly after some kind of conflict or negative event during their day.
