The Healing Revolution with Dr. Frank King!
Join the Healing Revolution by reading Dr. King’s book about the 8 Essentials to life and health!
The King Bio Journey
In my early 20s, my aging father put me in charge of the farm. My passion for all things natural was growing by leaps and bounds, so I converted our operations to an organic, biodynamic farm.
Meanwhile, my enthusiasm for the healing arts grew. I read everything I could about natural foods and health. I went to hear a crazy eighty-year-old man named Dr. Paul Bragg speak, and he exploded my old-age stereotypes! A few years later, I was astounded to hear that he reportedly died from complications received from a surfing accident. In his 80s!
These were my days of discovery, as I learned how detrimental many aspects of the Industrial Revolution and the so-called advances of modern science and technology have been to human health. I began to see a need for another kind of revolution.
I still remember the day in 1975 when I decided to become a healer instead of a farmer. I soon obtained two degrees: Doctor of Chiropractic and Naturopathic Doctor. In 1979, I established a multi-practitioner natural health clinic.
People drove from miles around to visit our clinic that was located in the spacious house my father had built on our farm. We gained a reputation for catching people who were at the end of their ropes, whose challenging symptoms left other doctors scratching their heads.
“Specializing in Difficult Cases” became the tag line on our business cards. We were passionate about finding the root causes of illness, rather than simply treating symptoms. We also helped pet owners by giving chiropractic adjustments and natural remedies to dogs, cats, horses, buffalos and even chickens.
Meanwhile, I developed new approaches to natural health care, including pure water-based homeopathic medicines. In 1989, I established King Bio, an FDA-registered company that researches, manufactures and sells natural homeopathic products. King Bio soon expanded into six brands: Dr. King’s Natural Medicine, Natural Pet Pharmaceuticals, Natural Veterinary Pharmaceuticals, SafeCareRx, Safecare and Aquaflora products.
COVID-19 causing more stress in America than other nations, survey Americans are faring much worse mentally and financially during the COVID-19 pandemic than citizens of other high-income countries around the world, according to an international analysis. One-third of U.S. adults say they’ve experienced unbearable stress, anxiety and sadness during the pandemic and more than 30% have faced economic hardships, the Commonwealth Fund report revealed. “Data from our research demonstrates that U.S. adults, when compared to people in eight other high-income countries, face greater mental health and financial consequences from the COVID-19 pandemic,” said Reginald Williams II, a vice president at Commonwealth Fund, a private foundation that studies health care issues. “It is also notable that few U.S. adults believe that national leadership has done a good job of managing the pandemic when compared to other countries.” Only one-third of Americans said President Donald Trump has done a “very good” or “good” job in handling COVID-19—a lack of faith in government not shared by most people in other developed nations, the survey found.
The Covid-19 Pandemic Is Causing More Severe Mental Health Issues—And More Burnout Among Psychologists And Psychiatrists Before beginning her next shift in the emergency room at Howard University Hospital in Washington, D.C., psychiatrist Dr. Danielle Hairston attempts to soothe her own anxiety with a few deep breaths. “These days you really don’t know what you’re going to encounter when you go to work each day,” says Hairston. Along with working overtime and serving a surge of patients battling severe distress, Hairston fears for her own health and the health of her senior mother, who lives with her. “The stress has definitely led to a number of sleepless nights,” recounts Hairston. “It can be very overwhelming.” Along with the enduring toll Covid-19 has taken on healthcare workers as global cases creep to 18.8 million and countries are experiencing second waves, mental health care workers have also been confronting unprecedented challenges. “Everyone is kind of burned out,” admits Dr. Manuel Pacheco, the Chief Emergency Service psychiatrist at Tufts Medical Center. “The increased volume of patients, the financial strain of the hospitals and not knowing what is going to happen as the pandemic continues can leave you feeling like you’re treading water.”
For temporary relief of symptoms due to mental, emotional, or physical fatigue: nervousness, body aches, apathy, weariness, confusion, irritability, indifference, lack of focus.

Questions of The Day!
I have bought into the Kool Aid, your Kool Aid, researched facts, and have been taking selenium, silica, magnesium, etc., all from Choose to be Healthy. Jonathan must love me….
My question: I have a dear friend, Mary who is 82 and just had surgery for stage 1 breast cancer and the doctors were confident that got it all. Now it seems they say they didn’t and they want her to do radiation and chemo. She is very apprehensive about this. She is going to talk with her chiropractor on Monday and seems open to his advise.
Would selenium be helpful at this point? If so, how much? What else might you suggest?

QOTD: RSB, I am using the silver aloe protocol for my daughter who is 7 yrs old (~42 lbs) and has had major issues with chronic gas in the last year and most recently symptoms of acid re-flux. In your book, Unlock the Power to Heal, you recommend half the dose for under 120 lbs. I have been giving her 1/2 ounce of Stockton Aloe1 and 1/2 ounce of silver 3x a day (we just switched from the regular to the Argyntn 23) and probiotics 1x day. Would you reduce amount further for her age/weight?
We have started seeing some improvement and are on day 7. Should we stop at 2 weeks, or continue until symptoms are completely gone?
Thank you for all that you do! Best, Kim
Hi Robert! Kind of a long question about the CDC study you and Jon Rappaport talked about confirming that face masks don’t work These two excerpts are at odds, and I was hoping you could clarify because I’d like to use this, but I wouldn’t be able to explain the inconsistency. These are the two excerpts:
“There is limited evidence for their effectiveness in preventing influenza virus transmission either when worn by the infected person for source control or when worn by uninfected persons to reduce exposure. Our systematic review found no significant effect of face masks on transmission of laboratory-confirmed influenza.”
-AND-
“In theory, transmission should be reduced the most if both infected members and other contacts wear masks, but compliance in uninfected close contacts could be a problem. Proper use of face masks is essential because improper use might increase the risk for transmission”
Thanks, Robert!

CV Sciences, Inc. Announces Expansion with the Launch of CV™ Acute and New Immunity Product Line CV Sciences, Inc., a preeminent leader in hemp derived cannabidiol (CBD) products, today announced a strategic category expansion into condition specific dietary supplements with the launch of CV™ Acute, the first of several products to be launched under its new Immunity product line. This new non-CBD product line will open markets and sales channels for the Company, including major e-commerce retailers not currently accessible by CBD-based products. CV™ Acute (V871 SHL)1 is a clinically researched, wide-spectrum, proprietary plant-based formula to support immune system and respiratory health. CV™ Acute integrates a time tested Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) herbal formula with proprietary modern analytical chemistry and extraction techniques2. The formula is supported by global medical authorities and hundreds of published scientific studies that demonstrate overall immune system defense to everyday challenges with enhanced support for respiratory health. A World Health Organization (WHO) report cited the formula’s ability to be an effective therapy for respiratory and immune system challenges that can be safely combined with conventional and pharmaceutical treatments. A March 2020 study published in the International Journal of Biological Sciences highlighted in vitro evidence demonstrating that the formula had a preventive effect on SARS-COV2, the virus that causes COVID-19. While this data is preliminary and should be interpreted conservatively, the strong safety profile of CV™ Acute indicates that it is a prudent addition to an integrated approach to respiratory and immune challenges. Michael D. Lewis, MD, MPH, Colonel (Retired), U.S. Army, and CV Sciences Medical Advisor commented, “I was assigned to establish the Department of Defense Global Emerging Infections Surveillance Program in Southeast Asia in the early 2000’s, helping manage both the SARS and Bird Flu outbreaks for the U.S. military. There I observed the tremendous value in combining traditional herbs with modern diagnosis and treatment.”
Addicted to the high of weed? Its calmer cousin, CBD, may help ease the disorder, study finds Smoking weed has become a popular pastime, boosted by a more permissive social attitude and a relaxation of laws and regulations. However, not everyone is capable of using weed solely for occasional recreational or medical use. Some 22 million people around the world are so dependent on marijuana that it affects their ability to function in life. Marijuana use disorder encompasses both addiction and dependency, and is characterized by impairments in psychological, physical or social functioning. In the United States, research shows some 2.5% of adults, or about 6 million people, had suffered from marijuana use disorder in the past year, while 6.3% had the disorder at some point in their lives. Most people with the condition go untreated, but a new study published Tuesday in the journal Lancet Psychiatry shows that abuse or dependence on weed may respond to treatment with CBD, or cannabidiol. CBD is one of 80 chemicals in cannabis. It does not give the “high” typically associated with cannabis, which comes from tetrahydrocannabinol (THC).

FDA Approves New Indication for Drug Containing an Active Ingredient Derived from Cannabis to Treat Seizures in Rare Genetic Disease Today, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration approved Epidiolex (cannabidiol) [CBD] oral solution for the treatment of seizures associated with tuberous sclerosis complex (TSC) in patients one year of age and older. Epidiolex was previously approved for the treatment of seizures associated with two rare and severe forms of epilepsy, Lennox-Gastaut syndrome (LGS) and Dravet syndrome (DS). This is the only FDA-approved drug that contains a purified drug substance derived from cannabis. It is also the second FDA approval of a drug for the treatment of seizures associated with TSC. CBD is a chemical component of the Cannabis sativa plant. However, CBD does not cause intoxication or euphoria (the “high”) that comes from tetrahydrocannabinol (THC). It is THC (and not CBD) that is the primary psychoactive component of cannabis. “The FDA continues to believe the drug approval process represents the best way to make new medicines, including any drugs derived from cannabis, available to patients in need of appropriate medical therapy such as the treatment of seizures associated with these rare conditions. This paradigm ensures new therapies are safe, effective, and manufactured to a high quality that provides uniform and reliable dosing for patients,” said Douglas Throckmorton, M.D., deputy center director for regulatory programs in the FDA’s Center for Drug Evaluation and Research. “The agency is committed to supporting rigorous scientific research on the potential medical uses of cannabis-derived products and working with product developers who are interested in bringing patients safe and effective, high quality products.”
