Thursday on The Robert Scott Bell Show:
Sacred Fire of Liberty!
It’s that time of the week where we get to explore the political healing that this country needs so desperately! Jonathan Emord is back to help us dissect the latest political news that’s fit to print:
Biden Backs Down on Dec. 8 Vaccine Deadline The Biden administration’s COVID-19 vaccination deadline will not require immediate action on the part of employers against unvaccinated employees when it comes into force on Dec. 8, the White House coronavirus response coordinator said on Wednesday. Some lawyers previously interpreted President Joe Biden’s Sept. 9 executive order and subsequent White House guidance requiring all covered federal contractor employees to be vaccinated by Dec. 8 unless they got a religious or medical exemption. The White House comments suggest federal contractors employing millions of U.S. workers have significant flexibility in enforcing COVID-19 rules and will not be required to immediate lay-off workers, but will have time for education, counseling and other measures before potentially ending employment. Jeff Zients said he expects federal agencies and contractors “will follow their standard HR processes and that for any of the probably relatively small percent of employees that are not in compliance they’ll go through education, counseling, accommodations and then enforcement.”
New York Fire Department Union Warns Vaccine Mandates Will Plunge City into ‘Chaos’ The head of New York City’s firefighters’ union has warned that Mayor Bill de Blasio’s vaccine mandate will plunge the city into chaos, prolonging emergency response times due to staff shortages. “The staffing just is not there; there’s no way to do it,” FDNY Firefighter Association President Andrew Ansbro said in an appearance on Fox News Radio. “The response times are going to go through the roof. We’re just not going to be able to get to the emergencies in time.” “Fires are going to burn longer. Heart attack victims are going to be laying on the floor longer,” he added. “People in stuck elevators are going to be stuck there for hours if not days.” Bill de Blasio has mandated that all municipal employees be vaccinated by November 1 or else face unpaid leave. Ansbro told host Brian Kilmeade that the mandate has done little to spur firefighters into getting vaccinated, with a full 45 percent still not having received the shot. Ansbro predicted that roughly 30 to 40 percent of the firehouses will be closed down come November 1 if the mandate stays in place.
Tom Cotton Blasts AG Garland over FBI Probe into ‘Domestic Terrorists’ Parents Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR) on Wednesday blasted Attorney General Merrick Garland upon permitting an FBI probe into parents labeled “domestic terrorists” after protests erupted against indoctrinating children with Critical Race Theory (CRT) in Loudoun County, Virginia. “Thank God you are not on the Supreme Court,” Cotton told Garland, who was a nominee for the Court but failed to be confirmed. “This testimony, your directive, your performance is shameful,” Cotton said in a Senate hearing. “Thank God, you’re not on the Supreme Court. You should resign in disgrace, judge.” Cotton’s comments come after the National School Board Association (NSBA) apologized Friday for labeling parents concerned about Critical Race Theory “domestic terrorists” who should be targeted by the FBI. “There was no justification for some of the language included in the letter,” the apology read. In the Senate hearing, Garland denied he would resolve the FBI’s investigation into parents, even though the probe was predicated on faulty information from the NSBA.
Loudoun County Parents Rally at NSBA HQ: ‘They Want to Keep the Educational System Their Own Indoctrination Mill’ Loudoun County parents rallied outside of the National School Boards Association (NSBA)’s headquarters in Alexandria, Virginia, on Wednesday, following a judge’s Monday ruling that a male student is guilty of sexually assaulting a female student in a girls’ bathroom at Loudoun County Public Schools (LCPS)’s Stone Bridge High School. “Loudoun County, Virginia, has been in the national news spotlight for several months,” said Loudon County mom Patti Menders at a rally on Wednesday, in a video posted to Twitter by 7 News I-Team’s Scott Taylor. “It all started when six of the school board members were in a private Facebook group, and one of them incited the mob to blacklist and go after parents.” “There were three pictures of me — my first and last name, my husband’s name, where my son goes to high school, what town I live in — they wanted to take postcards and mail them to my neighbors, calling me a racist,” Menders said. “They wanted to take a megaphone to our homes, and call us racist.” Another concerned Loudoun County mom, Xi Van Fleet, spoke during Wednesday’s rally, where she compared the NSBA to the Chinese Communist Party, stating, “Americans need to know that the communist infiltration in America is complete, especially in our educational system.” “The National School Board Association offers us a fine example,” Van Fleet said. “When parents all over the country go to the school board and voice their outrage against CRT, what did NSBA do? They called the parents domestic terrorists.”
‘Let’s Go Brandon’ rapper Bryson Gray boots Adele out of No. 1 spot with banned anti-Biden song The North Carolina-born musician composed his song earlier this month in response to NBC’s coverage of a NASCAR race in Alabama on Oct. 2. During that event, crowds were heard chanting, “F–k Joe Biden,” but an NBC anchor insisted they were actually chanting, “Let’s go, Brandon,” in reference to a win by race car driver Brandon Brown. The incident began trending on Twitter, with conservatives claiming NBC was involved in a cover-up by refusing to allow any criticism of the president on their network. Gray soon got to work on his rap, which features the lyrics: “Media lyin’, ignore all the cryin’/ They buildin’ back better, but only the Taliban/ Pilots on strike, but to Joe, it’s irrelevant/ Open the border, lose all the order.” Other lines include: “Divide us up so they know that we never win/ But we united, we here in the stadiums/ Everyone chantin’ it, CNN slanderin’/ Biden collapsin’ and Democrats stealin’ it.” The song also calls into question the president’s mental state with the lyrics: “The only play that Joe can execute is a fumble/ Think we all know he’s out to lunch, that dude went campin.’ “ The rap features musicians Tyson James and Chandler Crump on backing vocals.
Billionaires tax faces constitutional, political hurdles Democrats’ plan to tax billionaires excites the party’s base. It could be attractive to Sen. Kyrsten Sinema, D-Ariz. And it might be unconstitutional. Party leaders have been scrambling to find alternative ways to pay for part of the trillion-dollar-plus “Build Back Better” bill because Sinema has ruled out raising income tax rates on high-end earners and corporations. A proposal released Wednesday morning would tax the paper investment gains of the ultra-wealthy. The idea is to capture revenue from billionaires whose “tradable” assets — like stocks — appreciate in value each year without being taxed. Under current law, those gains aren’t “realized” and taxed until the underlying assets are sold. The tax would also apply to the tradable assets of people who earn $100 million or more in three consecutive years, but it would not apply to property such as real estate. An ally of Biden’s, Rep. Brendan Boyle, D-Pa., a member of the tax-writing Ways and Means Committee, has worked on a version of the wealth tax with Sen. Elizabeth Warren, D-Mass. He said in an interview Tuesday that it is easy for the government to tax all of the earned income of workers, while the country’s wealthiest investors can simply earn value by holding on to untaxed investments. “That ends up being very unfair,” he said, adding that he is confident that the plan would survive constitutional muster.
Report: Democrats Scramble to Invent Fresh Methods of Leveraging the IRS Against Americans Democrats are scrambling Wednesday to invent fresh methods of leveraging the IRS against Americans. A wealth tax and 15 percent global minimum tax are under consideration, along with a provision that allows the IRS to spy on American bank accounts. The first tax Democrats are weighing is a 15 percent corporate minimum, which would reportedly burden 200 companies with “profits” above $1 billion. Sens. Ron Wyden (D-OR), Elizabeth Warren (D-MA), and Angus King (I-ME) have proposed the measure. Apparently Sens. Joe Manchin (D-WV) and Kyrsten Sinema (D-AZ) approve of the plan. “The trio said the Joint Tax Committee had estimated it could raise up to $300 billion to $400 billion over a decade, but no formal scoring was issued,” Punchbowl News reported. Wyden said his 107-page plan “would ensure billionaires pay tax every year, just like working Americans. No working person in America thinks it’s right that they pay their taxes and billionaires don’t.” The second tax Democrats are considering is a wealth tax on assets that go up in value but have not been sold. For instance, if the value of a stock goes up, tax payers would pay a percentage of the increased value to the IRS. If the tax scheme is not enacted, some Democrats estimate the IRS will not be able to collect an extra $250 billion.
The Authoritarians: Their Assault on Individual Liberty, the Constitution, and Free Enterprise from the 19th Century to the Present
Jonathan W. Emord is one of the nation’s foremost experts on constitutional and administrative law and has practiced before the federal courts and agencies for thirty-five years. In The Authoritarians, Emord reveals the untold story and largely hidden practices of Authoritarians who have worked inside the United States government to undermine the Constitution and override rights protections since the earliest days of the Progressive Era. Emord traces the intellectual origins of Authoritarianism to its Hegelian roots in Germany. He shows how legions of academics, trained to hate the American system of government, became predominant in the major universities of America, entered government as top advisors, and successfully orchestrated an overthrow of the Constitution’s limits on power which put the rights of individuals in jeopardy from the Progressive Era through the New Deal to today. In The Authoritarians, readers learn how Authoritarians endorsed forced sterilization of 60,000 American citizens whom they deemed “undesirable” and “unfit”. Readers also learn how Authoritarians selectively created monopolies and overcame the constitutional limits on government power the Founding Fathers put in the Constitution to prevent tyranny, thus ushering in the foundation for a socialist state.
In The Authoritarians, Emord reveals the lies told by advocates of the Black Lives Matter organization, Antifa, and the 1619 Project. He presents the startling fact that the first slaves in the Jamestown Colony in 1619 were not blacks, but whites and that in the antebellum South slave owners were not only white, but black. Readers also learn the inherent failings of socialism; the tremendous cost it imposes on human lives; and the grave threat to the survival and success of liberty and justice in America posed by Authoritarians such as Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Bernie Sanders, Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer, Ed Markey, Joe Biden, and Kamala Harris. The Authoritarians unveils a detailed strategy for restoring constitutional protection for individual rights and fending off the horrors of a socialist tidal wave now drenching America.
Special Guest Bryan Ingram
Bryan Ingram has been a pioneer in the food security vertical for the past 10 years. His mission is to ensure that health liberty is preserved for all people by providing decentralized and regenerative solutions in agriculture, and for data protocols that facilitate the constitutional individual rights around health, wellness and the pursuit of happiness. He is the President of Elements Meals, a technology focused freeze and flash drying technology company which has captured the attention and collaboration of leading academic research and technology teams, including the University of South Carolina, NASA sponsored lunar and Martian simulation missions, and leading companies such as Whole30, Spartan Races, RMI and the Belgian Special Forces teams on providing the highest macronutrient meals in high impact environments. Currently, Ingram has over 100,000 hectares set aside of congressionally approved land in the Philippines for the expansion of regenerative agricultural practices in the southern region and has secured one of 4 congressionally approved ISP licenses in the country that will vertically integrate regenerative agricultural methodologies that incorporate agricultural biodiversity and sovereignty including heritage seed re-introduction and cultivation, soil health regeneration and and shift to nutrient density in crop production.
The discovery of the function of nitric oxide which won the Nobel Prize in medicine gave humanity hope to conquer the deadliest disease on the planet. Scientist would soon learn nitric oxide not only regulates blood pressure and increases blood flow, but plays a vital role on the whole body system. The goal to change lives one person at a time became Cardio Miracle’s clarion call. To do this the founder, John Hewlett, embarked on a five year journey to produce the world’s finest nitric oxide supplement. Cardio Miracle’s commitment to excellence resulted in the formulation of the most effective defense against heart disease and to provide the best natural pathway to produce nitric oxide in the body. Cardio Miracle was designed to give the body an instant jolt of nitric oxide and then sustain the nitric oxide boosting effects for a 12 hour period. The highest quality ingredients were selected before this formula was put through rigorous laboratory testing to ensure efficacy, quality and sustained delivery. The end result is the most synergistic blend of mostly organic, bioavailable active ingredients.
Why won’t the CDC or FDA reveal the VAERS URF? The VAERS underreporting factor (URF) is required information to be known for any risk-benefit of assessment of a vaccine. The fact that this number was never calculated by the FDA or CDC means that all the safety recommendations to date have been by guessing. This has resulted in the needless loss of life of well over 150,000 Americans. VAERS is the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System. It is the official system relied upon by the FDA and CDC for adverse event tracking. For example, if you report an adverse event in V-Safe, the app they told you about when you got vaccinated, you are told to file a VAERS report. It is essentially the mother of all adverse event reporting systems for vaccine events in the US. There is nothing more comprehensive than VAERS. The most important thing to know about VAERS is that it is always underreported. This is widely known. To properly interpret any safety data, you must know the underreporting factor (URF).
Question of The Day!
Hi RSB and Super Don,
Thank you both for always keeping us updated on the turn of events. I have two questions I was hoping you could assist with…
1) In anticipation of the EUA coming through for age 5-11, could you provide some suggestions on what supplements to give my children who are within that age range as they will be exposed to friends and classmates who will be subjected to the innoculation? Would Copper Hydrosol support their little bodies? Anything else?
2) As we experience the supply chain shortages, I’m saving my glass containers and bottles. Question on the tincture bottles….how might I sufficiently clean them to reuse again for a different homeopathic remedy tincture?
Thank you so much!
Hi Dr Bell,
My name is Nikita and we spoke before in the past.
I am messaging you because I have been having frequent urination. I suspect it could be potentially diabetes or something going on with my kidneys.I don’t want to be put on medication. What can I do to to get past this?
Also the last time spoke I let you know about my persistent HPV. Unfortunately I still have it. I intend on taking selenium to help rid my body of this.
Thanks so much.
Attorney Who Took on Monsanto and Won, Now Suing Baby Food Makers Over Heavy Metals The latest episode of CHD.TV’s “The Empower Hour” featured host Zen Honeycutt’s interview with lawyer Brent Wisner of Baum Hedlund Law. Wisner made history serving on the first three Monsanto trials, achieving multiple verdicts totaling $2.4 billion by convincing juries that Monsanto’s glyphosate-based herbicides cause cancer. Wisner shared the latest on the Monsanto Papers, which his legal team declassified and published during the Monsanto trials. The papers revealed Monsanto’s scientific manipulation of the truth on the safety of Roundup weedkiller. Bayer, the company that makes Roundup, still claims the product is “as safe as table salt,” according to Honeycutt. Wisner described how the trial went from Monsanto controlling the entire narrative to his firm winning the fight. He said: “Monsanto was controlling most of the mainstream media. They were controlling the politicians. They were controlling the regulators, and there was this refrain evolving in the mainstream media that in fact we were a bunch of predatory trial lawyers making up stuff … “The problem was we were sitting on these documents. Hundreds of emails and internal studies that showed they knew it caused cancer and they actively attacked scientists and actively attacked people who had the nerve to say something about it. We couldn’t show it to anybody because it was confidential under the protective order.” Wisner described what he learned from reading the Monsanto Papers about a program called “Freedom to Operate,” which paid employees to find product dissenters and “eliminate them.”
Reno Criminalizes Possessing Whips Without a Permit The political wrangling in Congress over Democrats’ multitrillion-dollar domestic agenda and continual supply chain bottlenecks have buried what should otherwise be front-page, national news: Reno, Nevada’s crackdown on whips. Earlier this month, the Reno City Council passed an ordinance that prohibits people from using or possessing whips in the city’s downtown without first obtaining a city permit. The policy is in response to an increasing number of 911 calls by people mistaking the periodic snaps and cracks of whips as gunshots. Reno City Attorney Karl Hall said that the new restrictions were commonsense whip control, reports the Reno Gazette-Journal. He stressed that the ban only applies in several downtown neighborhoods and that the archaeologists’ accessory isn’t restricted in other areas of the city where it might prove useful. A city staff report says whips have grown in popularity in recent years, with people using them “in fights, for intimidation, and to practice ‘cracking’ the whip.” Whip-related calls to police have increased 61 percent from 2019. Reno police say that the people using them “are amateurs when it comes to proper use, and it is evident they do not possess it for any intended proper use.”
