Thursday on The Robert Scott Bell Show:
Sacred Fire of Liberty!
It’s that time of the week where we get to explore the political healing that this country needs so desperately! Jonathan Emord is back to help us dissect the latest political news that’s fit to print:
NYC Law Giving Non-Citizens Right to Vote Violates Federal and State Constitution In the latest Democrat move to undermine the American system of government, a majority of the New York City council is poised to passed Int. No. 1867 which gives non-citizens the right to vote in municipal elections. Under this law, those who lack citizenship may, if they reside in New York City for only thirty days, vote for mayor, city council, borough presidents, comptroller, and public advocate. They may thus influence what law and policy governs the citizens of New York City. The law is patently unconstitutional, unlawful under immigration law, an assault on citizenship, and ripe for legal challenge. The council ordinance enables all manner of unvetted non-citizens to alter the course of city governance. It gives the franchise without regard to citizenship eligibility, including to those who have not been vetted by Immigration and Naturalization for citizenship, who may have ties to foreign governments or criminal enterprises or be criminals themselves, who may have allegiance to socialist and communist systems of government antithetical to our republican form, who have not sworn to uphold the Constitution and laws of the United States, and who have not sworn to defend the United States against enemies foreign and domestic (as is required of those who are naturalized).
Joe Biden Spreads Coronavirus Misinformation: Vaccinated ‘Do Not Spread the Disease’ President Joe Biden falsely claimed in an interview on Tuesday that people who were vaccinated for the coronavirus could not spread the disease. “Everybody talks about freedom about not to have a shot or have a test,” Biden said. “Well guess what? How about patriotism? How about you make sure you’re vaccinated, so you do not spread the disease to anybody else? What about that? What’s the big deal?” The president commented on vaccines during an interview with local news channel WHIO-TV in Ohio. The Centers for Disease Control has acknowledged that “vaccinated people can still become infected and have the potential to spread the virus to others,” which is why they recommend that Americans continue to wear masks indoors, even if they are vaccinated. In an interview with News19, Biden also blamed the unvaccinated for spreading the virus. “[T]hose who aren’t vaccinated are the ones that continue to spread the diseases,” he said. “And so we should think of as a patriotic duty.” When asked if he would back down from his federal vaccine mandates after they were held up in the courts, Biden said he would keep pursuing them. “I’m going to continue to fight those in court,” he said.
Twitter Bans Claim that Vaccinated Can Spread Coronavirus Twitter will penalize users who claim that people who are vaccinated against coronavirus can still spread the disease, according to reports — even though official guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) claims otherwise. Users can face a range of penalties for violating the policy, including having a “fact check” label attached to their tweets, temporary suspensions, and permanent bans from the platform. Via Mediaite: “When tweets include misleading information about Covid-19, we may place a label on those tweets that includes corrective information about that claim,” the website notes in a section detailing its rules about Covid-19 misinformation. “We may apply labels to tweets that contain, for example… false or misleading claims that people who have received the vaccine can spread or shed the virus (or symptoms, or immunity) to unvaccinated people.” Users can receive penalties up to a permanent ban. The change was made on Dec. 2, according to Wayback Machine archives retrieved by Reclaim the Net. The policy contradicts the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidance, which notes the “risk for SARS-CoV-2 infection in fully vaccinated people cannot be completely eliminated as long as there is continued community transmission of the virus.”
Hillary 2024? Given the competition, she may be the Dems’ best hope There may be a rematch coming in the 2024 race for the White House. But we’re not talking (God help us) Biden-Trump II. Instead, 2016 Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton is an interesting prospect to consider when looking for a viable candidate, particularly if an 80-something President Biden decides not to seek a second term. And why would he? Just 22 percent of voters want him to seek a second term, according to a I&I-TIPP poll. It doesn’t get much better when polling only Democrats, where just 36 percent want to see the president run again, with that juggernaut candidate named “someone else” coming in first with 44 percent support. The Democratic bench is about as deep as the New York Jets’ these days. Vice President Harris? She’s at 28 percent approval, per USA Today. Former New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo? No longer governor and thoroughly disgraced. Gov. Gavin Newsom (D-Calif.)? He had to spend major time and resources just to avoid being ousted in deep-blue California during a recall election earlier this year. Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg? Not even 40 years old, and he has a supply chain crisis on his résumé. Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.)? Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.)? Sen. Cory Booker (D-N.J.)? If those are the options, why not Hillary? She’s 74 years old, which is like being bathed in the fountain of youth compared to Biden. And she’s still stunned — five years later — that she actually lost to Donald Trump. In fact, she sounds no different than Trump in constantly complaining about all the reasons she lost and that, well, the election was stolen by Trump and the Russians anyway. That type of rhetoric is a big no-no for Trump, but A-OK if Hillary (or Stacey Abrams) does it. Rules are rules.
Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis Goes on Offense Against Critical Race Theory, Proposes the Stop WOKE Act Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) on Wednesday announced what his office branded a “first of its kind in the nation” legislation to combat both woke corporations and Marxist ideologies such as Critical Race Theory (CRT) in schools and places of employment across the Sunshine State. In the past, Gov. DeSantis has targeted Critical Race Theory, vowing to take action against the divisive Marxist ideology, which urges children to view everything through the lens of race. “It’s also based on false history when they try to look back and denigrate the Founding Fathers, denigrate the American Revolution, doing all these different things that even very liberal historians say is not supported by the facts,” the governor said during a press conference in Pensacola in May, adding that civics should be a priority and must be “taught accurately.” “It needs to be taught in a fact-based way. Not an ideological-based way, and if we have to play whack-a-mole all over this state, stopping this Critical Race Theory, we will do it,” he vowed. In June, the Florida Department of Education approved a proposal effectively banning Critical Race Theory and content inspired by the divisive ideology from being taught in schools. The rule specifically prohibits educators from indoctrinating or persuading students “to a particular point of view.”
San Francisco Mayor Drops ‘Defund the Police,’ Calls ‘Bulls**t’ on Progressive Police Policies As the San Francisco Chronicle reported, Breed’s proposal for more policing is aimed at the Tenderloin, a notoriously dangerous and drug-ridden district near Market Street, the main road through the downtown area. The Chronicle noted:Mayor London Breed wants to significantly boost the police presence in the Tenderloin over the next few months as part of a public safety blitz, which includes a crackdown on those who are selling drugs — and those who are using them — in the long-troubled neighborhood. On Tuesday, Breed called for increased funding for police overtime to help pay for the move, which includes tackling the resale of stolen goods. She told residents last week that she believes policing is an “important tool” to address some of the neighborhood’s woes, which include widespread drug dealing, a surge in fatal overdoses and a spike in gun violence.“It’s time that the reign of criminals who are destroying our city … come(s) to an end,” Breed said at a news conference in City Hall on Tuesday, flanked by department heads and Supervisors Catherine Stefani and Ahsha Safaí. “It comes to an end when we take the steps to be more aggressive with law enforcement, more aggressive with the changes in our policies and less tolerant of all the bulls — that destroyed our city.

Special Guest – Rob Verkerk
Dr Robert Verkerk is an internationally acclaimed expert in health, agricultural and environmental sustainability. During the course of his work over the last 35 years, he has focused on a diverse array of issues ranging from environmental protection, to reducing synthetic chemical load among urban and rural communities, to assisting the development of natural and sustainable approaches to healthcare. In Europe, Dr Verkerk has made substantial contributions to the development of more appropriate legal and scientific frameworks for the regulation of natural products used in healthcare.
Following his first degree in ecology (University of Westminster, London), he spent some 10 years in the private sector in Australia working in the field of sustainable environmental management while simultaneously leading various environmental campaigns through his voluntary work at the Total Environment Centre, Sydney.
He returned to the UK in 1990 and completed a Masters degree at Imperial College London (with Distinction) and after a further period of a year in Australia (1992-3) he resumed his studies, being awarded a Doctorate in 1995 after just two years. Dr Verkerk remained at Imperial College for a further 7 years as a postdoctoral Research Fellow. His research focused particularly on biocompatible approaches to agriculture, biocontrol of insect pests and multitrophic interactions within agro-ecosystems. He ran projects in Eastern and southern Africa, Central and South East Asia, and has acted as an advisor to governments and development agencies. In 1998, Dr Verkerk was appointed scientific director of the UK government’s termite eradication programme which has, using environmentally friendly methods, targeted an established subterranean termite infestation in Saunton, Devon.
No termite activity has been detected since 2010.
In 2002, Dr Verkerk founded the Alliance for Natural Health International (ANH-Intl) (www.anhinternational.org), a pan-European and international, non-governmental organisation dedicated to promoting and protecting natural approaches to healthcare, as well as helping to shape the scientific and regulatory framework affecting such approaches.
Dr Verkerk is also scientific director of ANH Consultancy Ltd, a consultancy arm linked to ANH-Intl, that provides bespoke consultancy services to food, health and agricultural interests.
He has authored some 60 papers in scientific journals and conference proceedings, he contributes regularly to magazines and other popular media including writing a monthly column in What Doctor’s Don’t Tell You (www.wddty.com). He is an accomplished and inspirational speaker and communicator on a wide range of issues relating to sustainability.
Is Omicron as ominous as they say? No sooner had the Omicron hysteria hit the headlines, politicians, aided by a compliant global lockstep media, started telling the world’s population to prepare to roll up their sleeves. What’s more, three scapegoats have been identified: the unvaccinated, HIV patients and the least vaccinated continent on the planet: Africa. One of many similar calls was made in the influential Scientific American magazine by Southampton University public health and vaccine hesitancy researcher, Michael Head PhD, not unsurprisingly a Gates Foundation funding recipient. For many in the industrialised world, there is a sense of déjà vu from this time last year – but with a twist. Last year the population had been primed to expect almost impossibly high levels of protection from infection based on the results of phase 3 clinical trials. Only recently have these trials been brought into question. Last year, the majority had also bought the line that these new generation ‘genetic vaccines’ would stop transmission and yield herd immunity. The head of the Oxford Vaccine Group, Professor Andrew Pollard, subsequently recently told the world that possibility is now “mythical”. Knowing what they knew then, people flocked to the vaccination centres as the promise being offered was a return to normal life. Only time would tell how misplaced that view was. This time around things are very different. The covid-19 injections have been shown to increasingly fail even with delta, hence the re-casting of the ‘vaccine effectiveness’ correlates from protection against infection now to protection against severe disease. The indisputable reality is that the covid-19 injections are ‘leaky’. The spike-targeting neutralising IgG antibodies they so readily elicit just don’t neutralise (block) very well so they can’t stop infection or subsequent transmission.
FEATURE: How safe are covid ‘vaccines’? Every day we hear health authorities claiming that the current crop of novel platform covid vaccines are “safe and effective”. Last week we presented you with evidence that points to the increasing failure of the global mass vaccination program; at least in relation to its purported aim of stopping transmission and building herd immunity with a view to helping societies to exit the pandemic. In the light of this evidence, there is no scientific support for the “effective” claim which should be deemed scientific (or medical) misinformation. This week, we look closer at the other side of the coin, the claim widely made by authorities that these novel vaccines are “safe”. You’ll recall that regulatory agencies around the world, following suit behind the US Food & Drug Administration, the UK’s Medicines and Healthcare Regulatory products Authority (MHRA) and the European Medicines Agency (EMA), issued ‘emergency use authorisations’ (EUAs) early on to BioNtech/Pfizer, Oxford/AstraZeneca, Moderna – and slightly later – to Janssen/Johnson&Johnson (J&J). These were, by definition, experimental products being used on the public in a claimed ‘emergency’ situation, one that the UK had already deemed was not the result of a ‘high consequence infectious disease.’ The data underpinning these decisions on both benefits and harms were very limited, derived from just two or three months’ worth of data. Efficacy data generally claiming in excess of 90% vaccine effectiveness was initially published in press releases by vaccine manufacturers. Subsequently, safety and efficacy data for all three ‘vaccines’ given EUAs in the USA were published in the prestigious New England Journal of Medicine; here for Pfizer, here for Moderna and here for J&J.
