Thursday on The Robert Scott Bell Show:

Sacred Fire of Liberty!

It’s that time of the week where we get to explore the political healing that this country needs so desperately! Jonathan Emord is back to help us dissect the latest political news that’s fit to print:

Removing Soros Prosecutors Billionaire George Soros has dumped over $40 million into left-wing anti-incarceration prosecutor candidates’ coffers nationwide with considerable success for his defund the police, no cash bail, no incarceration and early release agenda.  As the Law Enforcement Legal Defense Fund reports 75 George Soros backed candidates have won elections in half of the nation’s urban jurisdictions (affecting 72 million people).  Those prosecutors are waging war on the criminal justice system and the rule of law, refusing to prosecute crimes (even violent crimes) when committed by politically favored constituencies and issuing criminals get out of jail free and early release cards, fueling wave after wave of recidivism and upticks in violent crime statistics.  The effect has been to transform cities from New York to Philadelphia to Chicago to Los Angeles into sanctuaries for repeat offenders who have an effective license to victimize whomever they choose.  Police in those jurisdictions are demoralized and the public outraged, but the ideological prosecutors remain unperturbed and steadfast in their efforts to keep criminals on the streets.

California Democrats Won’t Debate in Any Race for Statewide Office They claim to be “defending democracy,” but not one of the Democratic Party candidates for statewide office in California has agreed to debate his or her opponent, rejecting what many voters see as a key part of the democratic process. As CalMatters notes: As Election Day approaches, you’re likely to spot Gov. Gavin Newsom popping up inplenty of television ads. You’ll see state controller candidate Malia Cohen on her various social media feeds. Attorney General Rob Bonta will be busy attending plenty of press conferences. But what are the odds that voters will catch any of these Democrats at a televised political debate? Don’t bet on it. That’s over the strenuous objections of their three Republican opponents and the state GOP. For weeks, controller candidate Lanhee Chen has been calling on Cohen — sometimes accompanied by a dancing chicken — to meet him on the debate stage. On Tuesday, two other GOP candidates for statewide office joined the call. State Sen. Brian Dahle, who is running a long-shot campaign to unseat Newsom, cheered on Fox 11 anchor Elex Michaelson after the reporter offered to moderate a gubernatorial debate. Two hours later, attorney general candidate Nathan Hochman challenged Bonta to not one, but three debates — at minimum.

Texas sends two busloads of migrants outside home of Kamala Harris Two busloads of migrants were dropped off by a metro bus stop near Vice President Kamala Harris’s residence in the Naval Observatory during the brisk early morning hours on Thursday. Texas Gov. Greg Abbott’s administration approved the drop-off following her assertion that the southern border is “secure” during a recent interview. The Lone Star State’s morning surprise to Harris was intended to belie her claim and bring the problem she is ignoring to her doorstep, a source told the Washington Examiner. “The border is secure,” Harris insisted to Meet the Press host Chuck Todd in a recent interview. Harris has been dubbed by conservative detractors as the “border czar” after President Joe Biden made her the point person for immigration problems dogging the country last year. Her mission was to address the “root causes” of the migration influx at the southern border by making diplomatic overtures to the migrants’ home countries to help them remedy the underlying problems catalyzing mass emigration. Todd pressed Harris, noting that arrests at the border are projected to eclipse a record-breaking 2 million for fiscal year 2022, which ends this month. Over 1.82 million arrests have been made between last October and mid-August, per the Wall Street Journal. “We have a secure border, and that is a priority for any nation, including ours and our administration. But there are still a lot of problems that we are trying to fix, given the deterioration that happened over the last four years,” Harris said.

NYC helping migrants who were bused from Texas relocate to other states New York City officials claim that many of the migrants who are being bused from Texas did not want to go to New York so they are helping them get to other states. The New York City Commissioner of Immigration Affairs appeared on the FOX 5 NY morning show “Good Day New York” on Wednesday. Commissioner Manuel Castro says that a lot of the migrants are fleeing Venezuela and are. Castro says, “Many want to go to places like Florida where the largest community of Venezuelans live.” He says they have family and community ties in Florida. “We’re helping them get to their actual final destination,” Castro says.  “We’re doing our best.” Texas Governor Greg Abbott started sending buses of migrants to New York City in early August. He says it is in response to the Biden Administration’s “open border policies” overwhelming Texas communities. “New York City is the ideal destination for these migrants, who can receive the abundance of city services and housing that Mayor Eric Adams has boasted about within the sanctuary city,” Governor Abbott stated. “I hope he follows through on his promise of welcoming all migrants with open arms so that our overrun and overwhelmed border towns can find relief.”

Ron DeSantis sends two planes of illegal immigrants to Martha’s Vineyard Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis followed through on his promise to drop off illegal immigrants in progressive states, sending two planes full of migrants to Martha’s Vineyard on Wednesday. A video provided to Fox News Digital shows the migrants deboarding the planes at Martha’s Vineyard Airport in Massachusetts. “Yes, Florida can confirm the two planes with illegal immigrants that arrived in Martha’s Vineyard today were part of the state’s relocation program to transport illegal immigrants to sanctuary destinations,” the governor’s communications director, Taryn Fenske, told Fox News Digital. “States like Massachusetts, New York and California will better facilitate the care of these individuals who they have invited into our country by incentivizing illegal immigration through their designation as ‘sanctuary states’ and support for the Biden administration’s open border policies,” she said. “As you may know, in this past legislative session the Florida legislature appropriated $12 million to implement a program to facilitate the transport of illegal immigrants from this state consistent with federal law,” she said, later adding that the state’s “immigration relocation program targets both human smugglers found in the state, but also preempts others from coming to Florida.”

Lindsey Graham Introduces ‘Protecting Pain-Capable Unborn Children from Late-Term Abortions Act’ Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) on Tuesday is introducing a 15-week pain-capable abortion bill as radical leftist Democrats move to codify the so-called right to abortion — which the Supreme Court dismissed after overturning Roe v. Wade this year — into law. Activists and Democrat leaders have mourned the end of Roe, which sends the decision regarding abortion law back to the states. “Abortion presents a profound moral question. The Constitution does not prohibit the citizens of each State from regulating or prohibiting abortion. Roe and Casey arrogated that authority,” Justice Samuel Alito wrote. “We now overrule those decisions and return the authority to the people and their elected representatives,” he added. Democrats have since pushed to make the Women’s Health Protection Act, which would legalize abortion nationwide, a reality. The Democrat-led House passed the measure, but it would need ten Republican votes in the Senate — an extremely unlikely, if not impossible, scenario. The legislation essentially would allow partial-birth abortions, trampling on state limits of the gruesome procedure ending the life of a child. But, perhaps what is most stunning is the left’s seeming inability to say when, exactly, they believe abortion should be illegal. Rep. Val Demings (D-FL), who is challenging Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) in Florida, vaguely stated that she supports abortion up to the “point of  viability.” But when asked to elaborate, she ultimately dodged the question, concluding that “the doctor can tell us all what the point of viability is.”

Inflation rose 0.1% in August even with sharp drop in gas prices Inflation rose more than expected in August as rising shelter and food costs offset a drop in gas prices, the Bureau of Labor Statistics reported Tuesday. The consumer price index, which tracks a broad swath of goods and services, increased 0.1% for the month and 8.3% over the past year. Excluding volatile food and energy costs, CPI rose 0.6% from July and 6.3% from the same month in 2021. Economists had been expecting headline inflation to fall 0.1% and core to increase 0.3%, according to Dow Jones estimates. The respective year-over-year forecasts were for 8% and 6% gains. Energy prices fell 5% for the month, led by a 10.6% slide in the gasoline index. However, those declines were offset by increases elsewhere. The food index increased 0.8% in August and shelter costs, which make up about one-third of the weighting in the CPI, jumped 0.7% and are up 6.2% from a year ago. Medical care services also showed a big gain, rising 0.8% on the month and up 5.6% from August 2021. New vehicle prices also climbed, increasing 0.8% though used vehicles fell 0.1%. Markets slumped after the news, with futures tied to the Dow Jones Industrial Average down nearly 350 points after being higher earlier. “Today’s CPI reading is a stark reminder of the long road we have until inflation is back down to earth,” said Mike Loewengart, head of model portfolio construction for Morgan Stanley’s Global Investment Office. “Wishful expectations that we are on a downward trajectory and the Fed will lay off the gas may have been a bit premature.”

Why Is Antioxidant Water So Important?

The Problem

In each of our bodies, we have cell damaging activity happening on a daily basis. This is something that neither you nor I can stop from occurring in the body. But it is something we can battle with hydrogen.
A by-product of the ATP production process or fuel generation process in the cell is the creation of oxidative stress. This is a part of life and can’t be helped. When this process goes unchecked, then the body is unable to balance the damage being done on a cellular basis.

It’s kind of like if the police decided to go on vacation and never come back, chaos and crime would terrorize the city…. Sadly this happens too often in our bodies where the oxidative stress is left unchecked and able to run rampant in our bodies.

Due to our physiological design, our bodies should be able to fight this naturally. However, We have disrupted and damaged this process to the point of no return in many individuals. With the pollutants in our environments, misunderstood dieting, poor water quality, and excess stress in our lives, cancer and disease is increasingly on the rise.

It’s an epidemic.

The Solution: Antioxidant Water

Luckily, we have taken the time, spent the money, and found the solution. The body fights oxidative
stress with hydrogen. After studying the body and how it tries to fight oxidative stress with hydrogen, we found that it did so through a special and unique relationship with bacteria in the gut and body. This special microflora or bacteria creates hydrogen as a byproduct of fermentation and food breakdown inside the gut. Instead of reinventing the wheel and trying to find a new version of this, we came up with a way to create hydrogen and dissolve it into water for easier access to the body.
We call it, Echo® H2 Water.

As you drink our water, you are flooding the body with millions upon millions of molecules of hydrogen each day. You are providing the body with the tools necessary to combat oxidative stress and get the body back into balance. This is the ultimate solution in hydration and oxidative stress combat.

Walensky Admits CDC Gave False Information on COVID Vaccine Safety Monitoring The director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has acknowledged publicly for the first time that the agency gave false information about its COVID-19 vaccine safety monitoring. Dr. Rochelle Walensky, the agency’s director, said in a letter made public on Sept.12 that the CDC did not analyze certain types of adverse event reports at all in 2021, despite the agency previously saying it started in February 2021. “CDC performed PRR [Proportional Reporting Ratio] analysis between March 25, 2022, through July 31, 2022,” Walensky said. “CDC also recently addressed a previous statement made to the Epoch Times to clarify PRR were not run between February 26, 2021, to September 30, 2021.” Walensky’s agency had promised in several documents, starting in early 2021, to perform a type of analysis called Proportional Reporting Ratio (PRR) on reports submitted to the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS), which it helps manage. But the agency said in June that it did not perform PRRs. It also said that performing them was “outside th[e] agency’s purview.” Confronted with the contradiction, Dr. John Su, a CDC official, told The Epoch Times in July that the agency started performing PRRs in February 2021 and “continues to do so to date.” But just weeks later, the CDC said Su was wrong. “CDC performed PRRs from March 25, 2022, through July 31, 2022,” a spokeswoman told The Epoch Times in August. Walensky’s new letter, dated Sept. 2 and sent on Sept. 6 to Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wis.), shows that Walensky is aware that her agency gave false information.

Retired Nurse Saves Baby Who Stopped Breathing On Flight Last week, a baby stopped breathing during a flight from Pittsburgh to Orlando. A retired nurse was able to get the baby to breathe again. Spirit Airlines flight 1691 landed last Thursday night with passengers clapping and cheering. Tamara Panzino, a retired nurse of more than 20 years, told FOX 35 Orlando that flight attendants announced over the loudspeaker about 30 minutes after takeoff asking if anyone was a doctor. The parents of three-month-old, Anjelé, frantically asked for help as their infant grew blue in the face and stopped breathing. Panzino jumped into action and started massaging the baby’s chest and legs, and soon, the baby started breathing again. FOX 35 meteorologist Ian Cassette, who was a passenger on the same flight, recorded a video of the passengers cheering and flight attendants smiling as the baby’s father bounced Anjelé up and down.

Doctor Ditches Car Stuck In Traffic, Runs 45 Minutes To Perform Surgery A doctor on his way to work decided to ditch his car and run the last two miles after getting stuck in traffic. Dr. Govind Nandakumar, a gastroenterology surgeon, was on his way to the hospital in Bengaluru to perform a scheduled surgery when he got stuck in heavy traffic. Realizing that the delay could put the patient in danger, Nandakumar left his car and ran for nearly two miles (3 km) to perform the crucial surgery. He even posted a short clip of his run on his Instagram account:”It normally takes 30-45 minutes from my home in Cunnigham road to Sarjapur. On August 30, there was a traffic jam. When I checked on Google, it showed 45 minutes to cover the last stretch, which otherwise takes 5-10 minutes. The traffic was not moving and it wouldn’t have moved even if I waited for 5-10 minutes.

Man’s Wedding Ring Lost For 17 Years Returns Days Before Milestone Anniversary A man has been reunited with his wedding ring nearly two decades after he lost it in a river. Last month, the Penticton Royal Canadian Mounted Police said they were searching for a couple named Stephanie and Noel after a local resident found the ring while swimming in the Penticton channel — a popular river in British Columbia where people go lazy river tubing. “The ring is a men’s wedding band with the inscription of NOEL LOVES STEPHANIE and then a date,” said Cst Dayne Lyons, Penticton RCMP Media Officer. “This may be the one ring to rule them all, and we want to return it!” Noel Nissan said he lost the ring 17 years ago during a summer trip with friends. “We had gone floating down the channel with some friends of ours and … we were on our way to the car when I realized my ring was gone,” Nissan told CBC News. His father-in-law saw an article about the ring on a news site and asked him if it was his ring. “I thought, ‘Yeah, that’s totally ours,’ but that ring was lost so long ago. I was just in complete shock,” Nissan said. The ring was still in nearly perfect condition and arrived just in time for their 20th wedding anniversary.
