Sacred Fire of Liberty!
It’s that time of the week where we get to explore the political healing that this country needs so desperately! Jonathan Emord is back to help us dissect the latest political news that’s fit to print:
Trump: ‘They Will Fail, And We Will Win Bigger, Better’ Former President Donald Trump condemned President Joe Biden’s “political persecution” as a day that will “go down in infamy.” “Today we witnessed the most evil and heinous abuse of power in the history of our country — very sad thing to watch,” Trump told his supporters and donors at his Bedminster, N.J., summer home Tuesday night, in a speech that aired live on Newsmax. “A corrupt sitting president had his top political opponent arrested on fake and fabricated charges — of which he and numerous other presidents would be guilty — right in the middle of a presidential election in which he is losing very badly. “This is called election interference and yet another attempt to rig and steal a presidential election. “More importantly, it’s a political persecution, like something straight out of a fascist or communist nation. “This day will go down in infamy and Joe Biden will forever be remembered as not only the most corrupt president in the history of our country, but perhaps even more importantly, the president who — together with the band of his closest thugs, misfits and Marxists — tried to destroy American democracy. “But they will fail and we will win bigger and better than ever before.”
ANH Counterpunches FTC in Free Speech Fight ANH-USA has submitted a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request to learn the real motivations for the FTC’s attack on free speech in the natural products sector. Action Alert! Our FOIA request stems from concerns that the Federal Trade Commission’s (FTC) recent guidance will have the effect of limiting consumer access to vital scientific information about the benefits of dietary supplements and other natural products. We believe the agency is poised to start cracking down on health claims related to nutrients, and we want to learn how the new FTC policy was generated, which could potentially serve as the basis for a legal challenge to the agency’s overreach. As we said in our previous coverage of this topic, we’re facing a government-led campaign to conceal the remarkable truth about the healing and disease-preventing powers of foods and nutrients, ultimately misleading the public so that they spend their money on drugs rather than natural supplements. This new policy is the culmination of many years of work on the part of federal agencies to block Americans from learning about how to manage their health with natural products rather than FDA-approved drugs.
United States: Fifty Little Dictatorships Historically, a public policy catastrophe like the Covid response would lead to reform aimed at curtailing the powers that leadership abused. The TeapotDome scandal led to increased regulation from the House Ways and Means Committee. The Vietnam War prompted the War Powers Resolution of 1973. Watergate caused Congress to strengthen the Freedom of Information Act. But what if the government had responded to Iran-Contra by increasing the president’s ability to circumvent federal arms embargoes? In the wake of the Johnstown Flood, what if lawmakers’ reaction had been to make it more difficult for victims to recover for their damages? We’d consider the rulers delusional and corrupt, callous to the damage that they inflicted on the people they purport to represent. It would be worse than dereliction; it would indicate that they relished the damage or remained beholden to interests averse to the general public. It is now clear that those responsible for the Covid response aren’t looking for amnesty or forgiveness; they seek a government structure that codifies their authoritarian impulses and a legal system that offers citizens no means of demanding accountability from their rulers. Publicly, they are searching for any “emergency” to increase their power. Privately, they are looking to put that system into law.
Biden could lose first two ’24 contests to RFK Jr. President Biden is almost certain to be Democrats’ pick for president in 2024, but he might not win the first two contests of the primary season if they’re in the traditional first-to-vote states of Iowa and New Hampshire — a scenario that seems increasingly likely. Driving the news: Biden’s team is indicating he won’t be on the ballots in those states if they vote before South Carolina, his choice to have the first primary. Why it matters: Democrats in Iowa and New Hampshire could defy Biden and move ahead with their contests — even as the party warns it will strip them of their national convention delegates if they jump the gun. That sets up a scenario in which Robert F. Kennedy Jr. or another long-shot Democrat could win those states — and embarrass the president. State of play: Since Biden’s surprise decision last December to make South Carolina the first state in Democrats’ 2024 season with a primary on Feb. 3, New Hampshire Democrats have openly bashed the White House and the Democratic National Committee. The new calendar put New Hampshire and Nevada voting second — a few days after South Carolina — but New Hampshire Democrats note that their state law requires them to have the nation’s first primary, and many vow to keep it that way. Iowa Democrats haven’t been as publicly hostile over Biden’s move. But in the past two months they’ve quietly moved to hold their contest the same day as Iowa Republicans — in January, but with a mail-in option for ballots.
RFK Jr.’s success leaves progressives pining for competitive primary Progressives who have watched Robert F. Kennedy Jr. tease the public are wondering what the lead up to the 2024 election could have looked like with a more credible primary challenger to President Biden. Their discontent with Biden has grown after he cut what they see as a raw deal over the debt limit, and the latest snub from the president who’s now running as an outright centrist. While Kennedy appears to be having a moment, progressives don’t claim him for their cause. Rather, some wish that a more inspirational candidate would have given Biden a real run for the nomination, with a handful still hopeful someone will. “We are renewing efforts to encourage a progressive primary challenge from a visionary officeholder,” said Norman Solomon, a two-time delegate for Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.). “Or a major leader of social movements.” That person hasn’t emerged yet. But it’s not for a lack of desire. Democratic primary voters have repeatedly said they would consider another choice over Biden, noting that everything from his advanced age to his low approval ratings and handling of divisive issues such as immigration have been unhelpful. Activists have added to the criticism, insisting that his compromise-first approach is risky when facing a Republican Party yearning to defeat him.
Thunder and Fury In DC–FBI Under Fire: Where Are The Recordings? How Many Years Did FBI Hide The FD-1023, Concealing Bidens $10 Million Bribery Scheme w. Ukrainian Businessmen? “Do you have the 17 recordings yes or no?” —Sen. Ted Cruz “I’m not going to get further into that…” —FBI Deputy Director Paul Abbate Like hell you’re not. Dude. Stall for time, but where will you hide, and how, from the inevitable. The 17 recordings the FBI has. It seems to be that the Biden/Obama Burisma FBI-gate tape scandal is catching fire fast. I’ve been reviewing the story for the past few hours and I feel the game is up for the gas-lighting FBI. I see no way the scandal can fizzle, or die in the shade, or go away because the Press Secretary dismisses it as “malarkey.” I mention Obama because, as Dan Bongino points out, he was the POTUS when this went down so it’s an Obama/Biden affair, de facto. Let’s all read this carefully, from John Solomon, via Dan Bongino: “…in return for a US policy decision that Joe Biden could impact.”
Hour 2
CDC’s Walensky Dodges Censorship Question, Defends COVID Vaccines During Contentious Pandemic Hearing In a two-hour grilling before the House Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic Tuesday, Dr. Rochelle Walensky, director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) sidestepped a barrage of questions regarding the federal government’s response to COVID-19. In sometimes contentious testimony, Walensky, whose term as CDC director ends June 30, defended the government’s actions in a range of areas, including guidance on school closures, statements that the vaccinated did not spread COVID-19, social media censorship, masking guidance, the lab-leak theory and nursing home deaths. Walensky also admitted the agency did not collect data from hospitals on the number of patients who were vaccinated against COVID-19 versus those who weren’t — but used the pandemic as an opportunity to call for more data-collection powers for the CDC, one of several recommendations she made as the basis for granting the agency more money and authority. Walensky faced “predictable shots” from Republican lawmakers, who “had been asking Walensky to testify for two months,” STAT reported. Some said they believed she came away from the hearing “relatively unscathed,” having “sidestepped thorny issues” about gain-of-function research and the CDC’s relationship with social media companies.

Dr. Naomi Wolf Uncovers Pfizer’s Depopulation Agenda, as Evidenced by Its Own Documents “These people [powers that be] don’t want us to be self-sustaining,” concluded Dr. Naomi Wolf in front of a live audience at a recent VAC family event. “They want us to be dependent and scared.” What self-sustaining quality are they targeting most? Our ability to reproduce, attested Dr. Wolf. “One thing people have been able to do for thousands of years is to have sex and have babies without any intervention or help from anyone else. It’s a tremendous way that the human race is self-reliant — that it can survive catastrophe. Well, the Tech Bros. and probably China want to take that away from us. This is clear in the Pfizer documents.” “There’s a section of the Pfizer documents in which Pfizer breaks down the adverse events and concludes that women sustain 72% of them,” she continued. “And of those — and these are Pfizer’s words — 16% are quote-unquote “reproductive disorders” compared to 0.49% for men. So they’re very focused on reproduction, on female reproduction.” “It’s my belief that they were trying to disrupt especially female reproduction,” Dr. Wolf determined. “And the question is, how do I know that? And the answer is from the structure of what they looked at. Again, I’m a literary critic, but this is a mystery novel in which the question is, how do we stop women from having healthy babies? That’s the story of the Pfizer documents.”
Question of The Day!
We live in the country and have a wonder well as our water source. However, every time there’s a problem with it, my husband grouches and wants to tie into city water. Fortunately, when I leave it to him to set up city water, he doesn’t get around to it! What are good options for water if my husband ever does actually follow through? I will not drink city water for obvious reasons. I’ve worked in towns where the water was pink to brown and considered normal! Yuck!
