Friday on The Robert Scott Bell Show:
Lessons from the Lockdown—Why Are So Many Fewer Children Dying? Covid19 is a serious public health issue, but the breathless reporting among the media of positive tests and an ever‐rising death toll does little to instruct us about the true nature of the virus and the unprecedented steps taken to prevent its impact. As in many complex and pervasive health phenomena, there are many ways to measure health effects, but in our view the proper measure of impact is not a narrow or intermediate metric, but rather total health outcomes. In the case of a pandemic virus affecting large populations and where the immediate concern is sharp increases in deaths, the best measure of outcomes is not a selective measure of deaths somehow attributed to the disease but instead is deaths from all causes. For perspective, these deaths must be compared to historical death rates from all causes in prior years (Percent of Expected Deaths). As we will show, a balanced view of the broader American Covid19 experience demonstrates both the scale and variability of its negative outcomes in older American, especially the elderly, but also some unexpected positives. Surprisingly, U.S. mortality rates have declined among young people during the lockdown, especially among infants. These trends have gone largely unnoticed and remain unexplained.
Fauci says more widespread lockdowns probably won’t be needed in virus fight The United States doesn’t need more widespread lockdowns to bring its COVID-19 outbreak under control, despite the fact that the national daily infection rate has stayed flat, leading government expert Anthony Fauci said Thursday. Speaking to AFP, the physician-scientist added he was optimistic the world would soon have a vaccine that would end the pandemic, calling early trial results “encouraging.” “I don’t think we’re going to be talking about going back to lockdown,” he said when asked whether places like California and Texas that are seeing a surge in their caseload should reissue stay-at-home orders. “I think we’re going to be talking about trying to better control those areas of the country that seem to be having a surge of cases.” The U.S. leads the world in the number of confirmed infections and in deaths, with a fatality toll approaching 120,000. But while former epicenters New York and New Jersey have controlled their outbreaks, the virus is now increasing in 20 states — creating a plateau in the national case graph
Historical Lapses in Public Health Ethics: Will Gates-Funded COVID Vaccine Human Trials Be Business as Usual? In mid-April, the CDC announced that black Americans—about 13% of the U.S. population—“might be disproportionately affected by COVID-19.” Among roughly six hundred hospitalized COVID-19 patients with known race/ethnicity, CDC found that one-third (33%) were black. In New York City, the one-time COVID-19 epicenter, death rates have also been substantially higher among both black Americans and Hispanic/Latino Americans than among whites or Asians. A June survey (which lumped COVID-19 with other respiratory illnesses) seemed to further confirm these trends, reporting that since March 1st, 11% of black Americans versus 5% of all Americans had experienced the death of a family member or close friend due to “COVID-19 or respiratory illness.” In a June interview with TIME magazine, Melinda Gates referenced these findings and the pandemic’s uneven impact on different racial/ethnic groups. While reiterating her husband’s talking point that “the way out of COVID-19 will be a vaccine,” Gates embellished her remarks with a race-riots-timed twist, stating that a COVID-19 vaccine “needs to go out equitably.” In her view, “equitably” means that “black people . . . and many other people of color” need to be near the top of the vaccine waiting list.
Genetically engineered mosquitoes get EPA approval for Florida release despite objections from environmental groups A genetically modified male mosquito named OX5034 has received both state and federal approval to be released into the Florida Keys now through 2022, against the objection of many local residents and a coalition of environmental advocacy groups.”The administration has used tax dollars and government resources for a Jurassic Park experiment, except without the island,” said Jaydee Hanson, policy director at the International Center for Technology Assessment and Center for Food Safety, in a statement. “What could possibly go wrong? We don’t know, because they unlawfully refused to seriously analyze environmental risks,” she said. Approved by the Environment Protection Agency this week, the pilot project is designed to test if the genetically modified mosquito is a viable alternative to spraying insecticides to control the Aedes aegypti. It’s a species of mosquito that carries several deadly diseases, such as Zika, dengue, chikungunya and yellow fever. The mosquito OX5034 has been altered to produce female offspring that die in the larval stage, well before hatching and growing large enough to bite and spread disease. Only the female mosquito bites for blood, which she needs to mature her eggs. Males feed only on nectar, and are thus not a carrier for disease.
African country bans face masks – also reopen schools and shops Dr John Pombe Magufuli, who has been leader of the country since 2015, feels his people should not have to wear them due to CO2 emissions. In a letter dated 24th of May, which was sent to media outlets across the world, through the Director of Presidential Communication in Tanzania, it outlined that he president effected the ban on face masks as well as giving the green light of normal operation of public transportation and also the reopening of of schools.
“To The Media,
President of The Republic of Tanzania Dr John Pombe Magufuli has today on 24, May 2020 banned the use of face masks by Tanzanians as the usage has caused fear and panic to Tanzanians leading to some closing down their businesses. His excellency The President has also allowed normal resumption of public transport as well as normal resumption of schools. We thank God for the defeat against Corona, let continue to wash hands to observe hygene, Bye Corona.”

Why Is Hydrogen Water So Important?
In each of our bodies, we have cell damaging activity happening on a daily basis. This is something that neither you nor I can stop from occurring in the body. But it is something we can battle with hydrogen.
A by-product of the ATP production process or fuel generation process in the cell is the creation of oxidative stress. This is a part of life and can’t be helped. When this process goes unchecked, then the body is unable to balance the damage being done on a cellular basis.
It’s kind of like if the police decided to go on vacation and never come back, chaos and crime would terrorize the city…. Sadly this happens too often in our bodies where the oxidative stress is left unchecked and able to run rampant in our bodies.
Due to our physiological design, our bodies should be able to fight this naturally. However, We have disrupted and damaged this process to the point of no return in many individuals. With the pollutants in our environments, misunderstood dieting, poor water quality, and excess stress in our lives, cancer and disease is increasingly on the rise.
It’s an epidemic.
The Science Behind Hydrogen-Infused Water – Part 1
The Science Behind Hydrogen-Infused Water – Part 2
The Solution: Hydrogen Water
Luckily, we have taken the time, spent the money, and found the solution. The body fights oxidative
stress with hydrogen. After studying the body and how it tries to fight oxidative stress with hydrogen, we found that it did so through a special and unique relationship with bacteria in the gut and body. This special microflora or bacteria creates hydrogen as a byproduct of fermentation and food breakdown inside the gut. Instead of reinventing the wheel and trying to find a new version of this, we came up with a way to create hydrogen and dissolve it into water for easier access to the body.
We call it, Echo® H2 Water.
As you drink our water, you are flooding the body with millions upon millions of molecules of hydrogen each day. You are providing the body with the tools necessary to combat oxidative stress and get the body back into balance. This is the ultimate solution in hydration and oxidative stress combat.
Face Masks Harm Children and Some Have Even Died – But California Governor Dictates Everyone to Wear Them California Governor Gavin Newsom and the California Department of Public Health announced today that everyone in the State of California should wear a face mask when they leave their home. The announcement was published by the Office of Public Affairs and states:
The California Department of Public Health today released updated PDF guidance that requires Californians to wear a face covering in high-risk settings. A growing body of scientific research has shown that people with no or few symptoms of COVID-19 can still spread the disease and that the use of face coverings, combined with physical distancing and frequent hand washing, will reduce the spread of COVID-19.
“Science shows that face coverings and masks work,” said Governor Gavin Newsom. “They are critical to keeping those who are around you safe, keeping businesses open and restarting our economy.”
So where is this “growing body of scientific research”?
Could an everyday childhood vaccine help against coronavirus? A vaccine to prevent coronavirus may be months or even years away, but a team of researchers in the United States say an everyday vaccine that is available now might be used to help prevent the worst effects of coronavirus infection. They’re proposing giving a booster dose of the measles, mumps and rubella (MMR) vaccine to people to see if it ramps up immunity in general, perhaps helping prevent some of the most severe effects of Covid-19. Their thinking: The MMR vaccine is known to protect kids against infections that go far beyond the three viruses targeted by the vaccine. The theory is that the vaccine boosts general immunity, in addition to training the body to recognize specific viruses. The MMR vaccine is what’s known as a live vaccine. It uses highly weakened, or attenuated, versions of the measles, mumps and rubella viruses to produce immune protection without making people sick. Because it uses whole viruses, it stimulates an immune response that is broad and goes beyond the production of antibodies.
Low-Dose Radiation Therapy May Help COVID Patients Low-dose chest radiation, usually given in a single treatment, may reduce inflammation in the lungs of severely ill COVID-19 patients enough to wean them off a ventilator or avoid it altogether. Several clinical trials of the treatment are underway or launching in the U.S. and elsewhere. The radiation works to offset an immune system overreaction known as a “cytokine storm” that happens in some patients with COVID, says Arnab Chakravarti, MD, a professor and chair of radiation oncology at Ohio State University. In a cytokine storm, the body starts to attack its own cells and tissues rather than just fighting off the virus. Chakravarti is leading two clinical trials — one will test the treatment in patients already on a ventilator, and the other will give the treatment to patients on oxygen to try to prevent the need for a ventilator. “Radiation at these low doses usually doesn’t have a direct antiviral effect,” he says. “But it does reduce inflammation. And when the inflammation is reduced, the acute [ill] effects of the byproducts of pneumonia also subside,” says Chakravarti, who is also the Klotz Family chair of cancer research at OSU’s Comprehensive Cancer Center — Arthur G. James Cancer Hospital.
