2019-2020 Flu Season on Track to Be Especially Severe, New CDC Data Suggests The current flu season is on track to be one of the worst in years, Director of the National Institute of Allergies and Infectious Diseases Dr. Anthony Fauci told CNN. CNN reports that Fauci says the 2019-2020 flu season is on track to be as severe as the 2017-2018 season, which was the deadliest in at least a decade. New data from the CDC released on Friday estimates that so far this season, at least 6.4 million people have caught the flu, 55,000 people have been hospitalized and 2,900 people have died — 800 more people then were estimated the week before.
According to the latest CDC in-season flu burden estimates, there were at least 6.4 million flu illnesses between Oct. 1 and Dec. 28. ER doctor: Wouldn’t be surprised if this flu season goes down as worst in decades A local ER doctor who says its been an unusual flu season so far, with more people testing positive for influenza than normal. It may be because of the shifting weather and temperatures in Ohio. You might have a fever or maybe get the chills. Sometimes it’s nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. “There’s a belt of influenza that goes through the country and we’re right smack in the middle of it and short of going somewhere else, you’re going to get it every single year,” said Toledo Hospital ER Doctor Robert Wood. Dr. Wood says flu season is in full swing in Ohio and the onset is happening earlier than he expected. “It kind of starts to peak January, February, into March and we’ve already started to see a ton. We saw a ton of people that are influenza positive in November. The entire month of December was really crazy,” said Dr. Wood. Young children and older adults are at the highest risk. No one locally has died from influenza, but it can be a serious diagnosis. Dr. Wood says it can make other chronic illnesses worse.
Can the flu shot help fight cancer? Changing the microenvironment of tumors to increase the immune system’s response to them has been the goal of countless research and clinical studies including the most recent use of checkpoint inhibitory antibodies. The majority of patients have tumors that are “cold”—that is, the tumors don’t contain many immune cells, or they have cells that suppress the ability of the immune system to fight them.Increasing immune cells within a tumor can change it from “cold” to “hot”—more recognizable to the immune system. Hot tumors show higher rates of response to treatment, and patients with such tumors have improved survival rates. Physicians and scientists at Rush University Medical Center have found that injecting tumors with influenza vaccines, including some FDA-approved seasonal flu shots, turns cold tumors to hot, a discovery that could lead to an immunotherapy to treat cancer. The study results were published December 30th in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences.
Deception: The American Academy of Pediatrics Does NOT Claim that Vaccines Don’t Cause Autism While the current administration of the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) claims that “vaccines do not cause autism,” three of her sister agencies do not hold that position. Neither does the American Academy of Pediatrics according to its most recent statement in 2018. In March of 2008, Dr. David Tayloe, President Elect of the American Academy of Pediatrics, appeared on The Today Show to discuss vaccines and autism and made the statement that, “I think any of the vaccines we have today have been tested and proven to be safe, and the credible studies don’t show any relationship between vaccines and permanent injury.” He denied all vaccine injury, including any possible link to autism.
Spanish doctor suspended for claiming vaccines cause autism The Madrid Medical Association (Icomem) has banned Spanish doctor Isabel Bellostas for 364 days for spreading “unsupported claims, against scientific evidence, on the origin and cause of the autism spectrum disorder,” health sources have told EL PAÍS. According to these sources, Bellostas has been charged with serious misconduct for her theories on autism and for “promoting treatment and operations completely lacking in evidence that have serious health effects for patients.” Icomem has confirmed the length of time of the ban, but not whether it has been applied to Bellostas. The case was brought by the Spanish Autism Confederation, which also preferred not to reveal the identity of the doctor, who works at a private medical center. “Our primary goal is to protect families from messages and practices that go against scientific evidence,” explained a spokesperson for the organization, which represents 77 provincial and regional autism associations.
Question of The Day!
Is there a particular parasite cleanse/protocol you might suggest? And how often would you recommend doing them?
My name is Curtis Cost and I am the author of the book: Vaccines Are Dangerous – A Warning to the Global Community. My book provides the medical facts, statistics and references which expose the lies and misleading information regarding vaccines. Read the book and spread the word!
Mr. Cost holds a BA from Vassar College and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. He has worked in corporate sales, marketing research, and management. He is the author of What Is Safe Sex In The Age of AIDS? for which he was nominated the best new author of the year by the National Black Achievement Awards. He is also the author of the first edition of Vaccines Are Dangerous. Mr. Cost has been interviewed on Tony Brown’s Journal, The Gary Byrd Show, The Gary Null Show as well as by publications such as Ebony Magazine, The Amsterdam News, The Daily Challenge, The New York Times, and The Village Voice.
In his new book, Vaccines Are Dangerous A Warning to the Global Community 2nd Edition, Mr. Cost exposes the misinformation that has been told to the general public regarding vaccines by showing the contradictions in the medical establishment’s own literature. He encourages parents and others to do some research before taking any vaccine.
NY Schools Targeting Black & Latino Kids for HIV-PrEP Drugs Curtis Cost, author of Vaccines are Dangerous has information coming from sources inside the New York State Education Department stating that PrEP drugs for HIV are currently being prescribed to children without parental knowledge or consent, and that Black & Latino communities are being targeted. This isn’t surprising, and it is technically – barely – “legal” by the skin of King Cuomo’s teeth. Cost messaged me the below information on New Years Eve of 2019, which helps to confirm all of my reporting on this issue over the past year, including:
Cuomo Vaxxing & Drugging Kids With No Parental Knowledge In 2017, Cuomo signed a regulation in New York allowing children to be given “preventative treatments” for STDs without parental knowledge or consent, according to John Gilmore. The list of STDs King Cuomo is allowing children to be preventatively vaccinated and drugged for behind mommy and daddy’s back include: HIV/AIDS (PrEP drugs), HPV (vaccine), HEP-B (vaccine) …and more is sure to come. But there is no law that allows for this, only a regulation signed by King Cuomo. Now you may say, “But if a 16-year-old tests positive for HIV and wants treatment without telling their parents we need to allow that.” That’s not what this is. The 2017 regulation allows perfectly healthy, HIV negative children to “consent” to receiving daily doses of PrEP which is alleged to prevent the transmission of HIV, and parents are told nothing. PrEP is admitted to cause kidney damage, liver failure and osteoporosis, and there are lawsuits against the drug manufacturer related to these side effects in court right now. According to John Gilmore, “New York law (already) allows “treatment” for STDs to be given to minors without parental knowledge or consent and has for more than 40 years, but the law specifically did not include “preventive” measures, which explains the need for S3899a and A973a.”
The AZT Wikipedia Page – Unsafe Despite the Lies AZT, also known as Azidothymidine and Retrovir, is by far the most important AIDS drug. It was the first prescribed, after its rapid approval by the FDA in 1987, it established its class, nucleoside analogs (‘nukes’), as the backbone of AIDS prescriptions, and it is often mandated for use by pregnant women. AZT was also the ‘control’ used in many trials of later AIDS drugs to avoid the use of a placebo. And yes, the original trials of AZT were highly corrupted, so all a comparison of a newer drug against AZT proved was that the newer drug was less toxic than AZT, not that it was safe and effective. AZT is also an incredibly dangerous drug because it directly interferes with DNA synthesis. DNA is composed of four bases, aka nucleosides: Adenosine, Cytosine, Guanine, Thymidine. The “T” in AZT stands for “Thymidine”. AZT is similar to the nucleoside Thymidine, hence the term “nucleoside analog” for this class of drugs (also used with similar risks in other diseases such as Hepatitis C and SARS). If DNA is analogized to a chain of beads, each of which joins to the chain at one end, and then allows another bead to join at the other end, AZT is a broken bead, that does not allow the building of the chain to continue. Hence the name, “DNA chain terminator” for this class of drugs.
Gwyneth Paltrow’s Netflix Show Is Called ‘The Goop Lab’: Where Is The Science? When you use the word “lab,” it may raise expectations that science will somehow be involved, unless of course you are referring to a Labrador retriever. Gwyneth Paltrow’s new Netflix show will be called The Goop Lab, as Lisette Voytko reported for Forbes. The question then is will real science be present and accounted for, assuming that dogs with short, thick, oily coats won’t be the focus? Well, take a look at the promotional trailer for this “lab” that premiers on January 24 on Netflix. But before you watch the following video, be forewarned that in it Paltrow uses two naughty words, one that rhymes with “garbage truck” and the other with “pop a zit”:
Gwyneth Paltrow’s Goop Should Stay In Its Lane, Far Away From People With Cancer Gwyneth Paltrow’s wellness empire brand ‘goop’ today revealed a trailer for its upcoming Netflix show ‘The Goop Lab,’ starting on Jan 24th. As a cancer research scientist who spends a decent amount of time trying to fight misleading pseudoscience in the field, this fills me with dread as it is highly likely that the show will be an unashamed menagerie of mainstream pseudoscience. Goop likes ‘wellness,’ that grey area which sort of intersects with health, suggests pointless lifestyle changes like detoxing and colon cleanses and sells very expensive vitamins that make you smell and, well…stuff nobody needs, to people with an abundance of money. But it also wades into slightly more dangerous territory, particularly with articles on its website and some of the reported contents of its conference. A recent study showed that people with cancer who choose ‘alternative therapies’ are far less likely to survive than those who choose conventional treatments. But what does this have to do with jade eggs, expensive cosmetics and the arguably less harmful aspects of Paltrow’s empire of mostly pseudoscientific stuff?
Ricky Gervais Wonders How Teasing Corporations, Elite Hollywood Is ‘Right Wing’ Ricky Gervais is hitting back at mainstream media criticism of his performance as host of the Golden Globes, pointing out that he took humorous aim at targets that liberals usually love to hate, like large corporations and the super wealthy. Gervais tweeted Monday that people have been calling his Golden Globes jokes “right wing” despite the populist angle of his routine.“How the f*@# can teasing huge corporations, and the richest, most privileged people in the world be considered right wing?” Gervais asked. Gervais appeared to be responding to comments like those from Vanity Fair writer and former Entertainment Weekly editor Mark Harris, who complained in a Twitter rant Monday that making fun of hypocritical celebrities is a “right-wing talking point.”
