Thursday on The Robert Scott Bell Show:
Equifax could face a massive fine for another security breach — if two top Senate Democrats get their way Two top Senate Democrats are seeking broad new powers for the U.S. government to slap Equifax and its peers with massive fines if they suffer major cyber attacks — money that would then be returned to the millions of Americans affected by such a breach. The idea is the centerpiece of the so-called Data Breach Prevention and Compensation Act, a bill to be introduced on Wednesday by Democratic Sens. Elizabeth Warren and Mark Warner. Cyber attacks may be inevitable, but the lawmakers feel that the federal government for too long has lacked the power to penalize entities that fail to protect their stores of sensitive consumer data.
Compare this story of outrage over data breach to their deafening silence on the massive corporate assault on children via vaccines without calls for accountability
Pennsylvania Senator to Introduce Bill to Repeal the 1986 National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act Sen. Mike Folmer of Pennsylvania truly believes that parents have a constitutional right to informed consent, especially when it comes to vaccines. Sen. Folmer announced on his page January 3, 2018, that he will be introducing “Informed Consent” legislation that would require patients and parents to be given information regarding the risks and supposed benefits of vaccinations. He also plans to introduce a resolution to Congress to repeal the 1986 National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act (NCVIA) that gave vaccine manufacturers complete “immunity” from being sued when their vaccines cause serious harm or even death. Since this bill was passed Billions of taxpayer dollars have been awarded to those who have been seriously injured, many completely paralyzed, and some who families received the money because the vaccine killed the person. He feels that the 1986 NCVIA limits patients and parents ability to refuse vaccinations and violates the 5th Amendment of the US Constitution, which would allow injured parties to seek due process under the law.
Gut Check Time!
Gut bacteria influences gene expression in humans, new research shows New research shows good bacteria in the human gut releases chemical signals that alter gene regulation inside the cells of the gut lining. Healthy bacteria release short chain fatty acids. The latest research suggests the fatty acids increase the number of crotonylations by blocking the production of the protein HDAC2. Scientists believe crotonylations play an important role in gene regulations, turning specific genes on and off in the cellular genome. In lab tests, scientists found mice who had been robbed of healthy gut bacteria produced greater HDAC2 levels. Previous studies have identified a link between heightened HDAC2 levels and colorectal cancer. Scientists suspect crotonylation regulation plays a role in cancer prevention.
If the U.S. legalizes marijuana, what happens to international drug treaties? When Attorney General Jeff Sessions rescinded a Barack Obama-era federal policy that allowed recreational marijuana to take root in Colorado and Washington, he did more than reignite a domestic legal and cultural battle. He also highlighted a simmering diplomatic dispute whose outcome will shape U.S. ties with its closest neighbors and its ability to leverage international law: Whether the U.S. will comply with landmark conventions that — largely at Washington’s insistence — unequivocally prohibit recreational use as part of the global fight against drug trafficking.
The Sessions ‘Marijuana Crackdown’ Is Backfiring It’s been a week since Jeff Sessions shook the
marijuana world to its core, or tried to. On Jan. 4, the attorney general followed up a year’s worth of open threats and obvious fighting words aimed at cannabis legalization — a plant which Sessions really, really does not like — with his boldest move yet: the revocation of the “Cole Memo,” the Obama-era policy missive that triggered a period of even more furious growth in already-booming legal marijuana. Without the Cole Memo steering prosecutors away from state-legal cannabis and giving banks some assurance that their marijuana accounts would not be seized, surely the inexorable trend towards allowing medical cannabis or outright legalization would be halted.
Couple transporting weed “gifts” last month arrested again in Nebraska A California couple arrested in Nebraska last month for carrying 60 pounds of marijuana they described as family Christmas gifts have again been arrested in Nebraska, this time on suspicion of carrying drug money. Patrick Jiron, 80, and his 70-year-old wife, Barbara, both of Clear Lake Oaks, California, were arrested Tuesday along Interstate 80 in southeastern Nebraska, the Lincoln Journal Star reported. They were arrested last month along the same roadway — in the same vehicle — just two counties west. Lancaster County sheriff’s officials said the couple were passengers in a pickup truck that was stopped Tuesday on suspicion of following another vehicle too closely. A deputy said a search of the truck turned up a duffel bag carrying $18,000 in cash, an oversized garbage bag with raw marijuana residue inside it and notes consistent with marijuana sales.
California spotted owl developing major marijuana problem Pot smokers, beware: The
northern spotted owl, the bird that brought down the Pacific Northwest timber industry, is circling California’s newly legalized marijuana market. A study led by University of California Davis researchers and released Thursday found that two owl species—the northern spotted owl and barred owl—are being exposed to high levels of rat poison from illegal marijuana grows in northern California. The problem is expected intensify in the wake of California’s Proposition 64, passed in 2016, which legalized recreation marijuana for adults 21 and over and went into effect Jan. 1.

No More Raw Milk for Coop Members due to Injunctions Granted to Shut Down “Milk
Plant” and “Distribution” Members of Our Farm Our Food Coop are in a tight spot due to injunctions granted January 5th to Ontario Milk Director Gavin Downing and the Regions of York, Simcoe and Peel. In short these injunctions would shut down the “milk plant” at Glencolton Farms and also criminalize continued “distribution” of raw milk in the Regions of York, Simcoe and Peel. The injunctions apply to anyone who has knowledge of the court ordered injunctions, so potentially these apply not just to the operations of Glencolton Farms and the Our Farm Our Food Coop (OFOF) but to any raw milk suppliers or cowshare groups.

I’m told my immune system is on the floor, due to my gut dysbiosis, which was caused by chronic and severe emotional stress for years now. I have leaky gut, malabsorption, yeast overgrowth, gut inflammation and compromised microbiome. I was treated for 4 parasites successfully. Other symptoms are severe hair loss, severe insomnia and of course, food allergies that I never had before. I’m gluten/grain free, 99% dairy free and sugar free, with the exception of wine on weekends. I discovered you, after watching the TTAC Symposium last year and then watched a handful of your youtube videos. I bought the Sovereign Silver & Stockton Aloe and tried treating myself. I’m now off ALL alcohol and sugar, again, to combat the yeast. However, I’m not taking any herbal supplements to support the process and facilitate the expelling of the yeast. I look like the picture of health because I’ve spent 35 yrs. focusing on health and fitness, but, I desperately need help.
Are you or Ty aware of any natural health treatments or remedies for inguinal hernia or is this something that eventually must be dealt with surgically?
