Thanks so much for all the work you do! I am so appreciative of wonderful resources like this. I started Sovereign Silver to heal my gut. I have Crohn’s, rosacea, psoriasis. I know it is helping but it caused a lot of die-off at just 8 tsp a day. Is there a way to minimize that?
Is there something else besides aloe and slippery elm that I could take in conjunction? I used both for a time but then started having reactions and couldn’t tolerate either.

California to tax pot as much as 45% Buying legal marijuana in California could be pricey enough to keep the black market healthy. Between customers, retailers and growers, taxes on cannabis may reach as high as 45% in parts of the state, according to a Fitch Ratings report. Those high taxes may keep consumers away from legal marijuana stores once the recreational retail market goes live on January 1.
“High effective tax rates on California cannabis may complicate the state’s efforts to establish legal markets” said analysts Stephen Walsh and Karen Ribble in a Fitch Ratings report on California’s marijuana taxes.

online A cancer charity has appointed a digital nurse to combat “fake news” online, which they say leaves patients “scared and at risk of bogus cures”. Macmillan Cancer Support found two-fifths of people with cancer looked up information about their diagnosis on the internet. One in eight of those went online because they didn’t fully understand what their doctor had told them. Glaswegian nurse Ellen McPake, who landed the job, says she wants to correct the misinformation that exists. She said: “Once the doctor says ‘cancer’, people automatically then shut down and they don’t take in the information that they’re given. “So they go home, speak to the family. And then they’ll sit online that night and get themselves in a frenzy with what they’re reading.”

Type 3 Diabetes: Scientists Discover Entirely New Form of Disease Most people are familiar with type 1 and type 2 diabetes. Recently, though, a new type of diabetes has been identified: type 3c. Type 1 diabetes is where the 
body’s immune system destroys the insulin producing cells
of the pancreas. It usually starts in childhood or early adulthood and almost always needs insulin treatment. Type 2 diabetes occurs when the pancreas can’t keep up with the insulin demand of the body. It is often associated with being overweight or obese and usually starts in middle or old age, although the age of onset is decreasing.
