Friday on The Robert Scott Bell Show:
Facebook takes down page for anti-vaccination organization run by Robert F. Kennedy Jr. Meta on Wednesday took down the Facebook page and Instagram account for Children’s Health Defense, an anti-vaccination organization headed by Robert F. Kennedy Jr., due to what it referred to as repeated violations of its COVID-19 policy. A Meta spokesperson told The Hill that the page was taken down for “repeatedly violating our policies.” The spokesperson specifically cited Meta’s COVID-19 and vaccine policies, which prohibit content that may encourage people infected with COVID-19 to attend in-person events, interfere with the administration of coronavirus vaccines and encourage people to not get vaccinated against the virus. In a statement provided by Children’s Health Defense, Kennedy said, “Facebook is acting here as a surrogate for the Federal government’s crusade to silence all criticism of draconian government policies. Our constitutional framers recognized this peril of government censorship.” “We don’t need the First Amendment to protect popular or government approved speech. They incorporated the First Amendment specifically to protect free expression of dissenting opinions. They understood that a government that can silence its critics has license for every atrocity,” he added.
Facebook and Instagram Simultaneously Deplatform Children’s Health Defense Accounts Denying More Than Half a Million Followers Access to Truthful Information Yesterday, August 17, without warning, Facebook deplatformed (unpublished) the Children’s Health Defense (CHD) account. Simultaneously, CHD’s Instagram account was deplatformed (suspended). Each of these platforms had hundreds of thousands of followers. Facebook and Instagram deplatforming dovetails with CHD’s ongoing censorship lawsuit. CHD filed the lawsuit against Meta, which owns Facebook and Instagram, in August 2020. Recently, in its Ninth Circuit Court appeal filed on July 29, CHD provided the court with Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) produced documents the agency shared with Facebook. These documents, provided to Facebook on a regular basis, contained what the CDC considered misinformation. Titled “COVID Vaccine Misinformation: Hot Topics,” the documents asked tech giants to “be on the lookout” (BOLO) for various topics the CDC considers to be misinformation including: COVID-19 vaccine shedding, VAERS reports, spike protein data and more. The CHD case is currently pending in a Ninth Circuit decision. Deplatforming by the tech giants came days after the CDC issued new guidance loosening COVID-19 policies — rules which CHD has criticized since the beginning of the pandemic. Within hours of the CHD deplatforming, CDC Director Dr. Rochelle Walensky shared her plans for overhauling how the agency works while admitting to a flawed response to COVID-19 and pandemic missteps. Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. said, “Facebook is acting here as a surrogate for the Federal government’s crusade to silence all criticism of draconian government policies. Our constitutional framers recognized this peril of government censorship. We don’t need the First Amendment to protect popular or government approved speech. They incorporated the First Amendment specifically to protect free expression of dissenting opinions. They understood that a government that can silence its critics has license for every atrocity.”
Monkeypox Vaccine Insanity — Too Many Risks and Now, Liability-Free For totalitarians and technocrats bent on shredding constitutional protections and wresting control from ordinary people over personal decision-making in areas ranging from health to finances, the events of the past two-and-a-half years were a proving ground — showing that promises of safety via injection could persuade many people to act against their own best interests, often with disastrous results. But with the public growing increasingly ho-hum about the COVID-19 pandemic and the U.S. discarding tens of millions of COVID-19 vaccines — including over a quarter of some states’ doses — tyrants wanting to “further advance draconian biosecurity policies and global power grabs” needed a new emergency to keep the injection scam going. In May 2022, right on cue, entered monkeypox, with (echoes of decades past) cases reported “predominantly … in networks of men who have sex with men.” Just like the coronavirus Event 201, the reported monkeypox outbreak was prefigured by a “tabletop simulation” one year prior and by “suspiciously” timed, before-the-fact clinical trials of monkeypox treatments and vaccines. With the “outbreak” thus positioned in the headlines, what happened next?
The CDC Failed, So Spin It Off and Make It More Powerful? The failure of the CDC to manage Covid-19 was baked in from the first moments of its response. A government agency was never going to mitigate much less get rid of this sort of pathogen. This is because the virus never cared a whit about prestige degrees, job descriptions, big budgets, high-end connections, media agitprop, or polls. It went on its merry way, hit everyone, and immune systems adapted as they always have done. The great experiment was an enormous flop. The costs of the experiment we know: it is the catastrophe that Donald Henderson predicted it would be in 2006. Thus does it make sense that the present overlords of the agency have admitted at least partially to have made some errors. The question is what were these errors. From the latest news concerning some impending shakeup, I see no evidence of any serious rethinking of the crazed and cockamamie lockdown orders it issued from March 2020 onward. Not even preposterous mandates like plexiglass at retail counters, two years of school closures, “six feet of distance,” one-way grocery aisles, band members in bubbles, mask mandates, and limits on how many people you can have in your home have prompted remorse. Instead, every indication is that the CDC believes the real problem was that it did not have a high-enough budget and enough power. Plenty of lawmakers are willing to go along – not that anyone is asking them. Therefore, its tremendous pandemic powers need to be tweak and invested mainly in a division known as the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response, or ASPR.
Question of The Day!
Hello Robert and super Don My husband and I came to your workshop last yr in Oconomowoc Wi. We hope you’ll be back SOON. My question for you is my friend has always gotten ear infections most of her life and going through a painful one now. Her Dr has her on antibicotics for days now but ear infection not getting better, Any ideas help. Thanks P S Lets remember Richard Pearl Aug 21. Richard was my health dictionary to keeping us healthy during the Covid Monster

More kids to get access to mental and physical health treatment under new Biden plan The Biden administration announced new plans Thursday that should make it a lot easier for millions of kids to get access to mental and physical health services at school. The announcement specifically impacts the tens of millions of children who get their health care through Medicaid, but all school age children will benefit from the change because the new guidance makes it clear that schools can use Medicaid dollars to hire additional school counselors, nurses and social workers who could treat all students. More than half of kids in public school get their health care through Medicaid and CHIP programs. While the guidance applies to physical and mental health, the Biden administration is emphasizing how much this could help children’s mental health.”We really have a mental health crisis in our country, particularly with our nation’s children. And so the guidance that we are releasing today is really around encouraging states to try to expand access to mental health services for kids,” Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Administrator Chiquita Brooks-LaSure told CNN. “And as part of that we are reminding states of their obligations to cover mental health services. And we are encouraging states to work with schools to make sure that children get access to those services.” Prior to the pandemic, the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention found that 1 in 5 children had a mental health disorder, but only about 20% of those children received care from a mental health provider.

Sounding the Alarm on Connection Between Fertility and Pesticide Exposure A systematic review of scientific studies on pesticides and fertility finds exposure associated with lower semen quality, DNA fragmentation and chromosomal abnormalities. Published in the journal Andrology, the review is yet another warning from a long string of researchers sounding the alarm over the connection between global fertility and toxic chemical exposure. With data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) indicating roughly one in five couples are unable to conceive after a year of trying, and trends continuing to slope downwards, it is critical that contributing factors be identified so that protective changes can be made. After screening more than 1,300 studies, researchers narrowed their review down to 64 papers assessing semen parameters and DNA integrity after pesticide exposure. Each study is analyzed for its design, the pesticide investigated, the population studied, controls and reproductive effects determined. Pesticides are evaluated for their impacts to sperm quality and DNA integrity based on their chemical class. Organochlorine insecticides, which are all banned but still persistent in soil, air, water and food in the United States, include a range of impacts to sperm quality. Higher levels of DDT or its breakdown metabolite DDE are associated with lower semen count, and motility and morphology below normal threshold values established by the World Health Organization (WHO). (Under WHO threshold values, a sub-fertile condition is defined by values lower than the fifth percentile of the general population.)
Lab-made steaks in U.S. grocery stores soon? Cultured meat closer to reality thanks to UCLA biophysicist An innovative project at the University of California (UCLA) is exploring how physical forces affect cells – a field called mechanical biology. Dr. Amy Rowat, founding director of Science and Food, a campus organization, is especially interested in how the forces may be important to developing cultured meat. Her ultimate goal is the development of laboratory-made steaks available in grocery stores for consumers. Rowat views the scientific endeavor as an aspect of a greater research mission. “Very broadly, our work is driven by the desire to advance both human and planetary health,” Rowat says in a statement. “When I realized there was a gap in the field of alternative proteins, my skillset and the expertise of my lab in biophysics, engineering, cell biology and mechanical biology seemed like a strong fit.” Rowat cites one of the many deleterious effects of the COVID-19 pandemic — that of disruptions to the supply chain adversely affecting the availability of household food staples — as an example of why expanding the types and availability of protein-rich foods would benefit society.
