Action Alert: NY Mandatory Statewide Adult Vaccination Database is Proposed Health freedom advocates have been warning for years that this was coming and here we are. Having successfully stripped the rights of its students when it comes to vaccination choice, New York is coming for the adults. Senate Bill S75A, introduced by State Sen. Brad Hoylman, is described as “an act to amend the public health law, in relation to adult immunization reporting requirements.” The predatory bill has been lying in wait for years but quietly passed in both Health Committees last session as COVID fears were peaking. It would require physicians and health care practitioners to record every dose of a vaccination given to an adult in a New York State database. The current amended version of the bill literally removes “the consent of the vaccinee,” and instead makes a provision that “no report shall be made…if the person to whom the vaccine is administered, or a person authorized to consent to health care for the person, objects to the person who administered the vaccine, prior to the making of the report.” In other words, S75A would require healthcare providers to register every shot provided to people 19 and over in the state database UNLESS a patient explicitly refuses. However, the physician is under no obligation to identify that option. This is lack of consent by design. A vaccine database is the first step in establishing mandates for adults and would further enable vaccine passports and systems of segregation based on vaccination status. With a system like this in place, noncompliant adults will be easily tracked and potentially targeted. The database is also a critical step in helping the global vaccine industry rein in its next target market, adults, now that infant and childhood markets are saturated.

CA bill allowing children 12 and older to get vaccines without parental consent advances A California bill that would let children aged 12 and older get vaccinated without parental consent passed a key legislative committee on Thursday. Currently in California, children under the age of 18 can’t get most vaccines — including COVID-19 shots — without permission from their parents or guardians. The bill, introduced by California Sen. Scott Wiener, would allow minors aged 12 and older to consent to a vaccine on their own if it has been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and meets the recommendations of the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. “Teens should be able to protect their own health with vaccines – whether against COVID, flu, measles or polio – even if their parents refuse or can’t take them to get the shot,” California Sen. Scott Wiener tweeted Thursday after the measure cleared its first legislative hurdle. If the bill is signed into law, California would have one of the youngest age groups that can be vaccinated without parental consent, the Associated Press reported. In 2020, Washington, D.C. passed a local measure allowing children age 11 and older consent to vaccines.

Special Guest – Marjory Wildcraft

The Grow Network’s founder, Marjory Wildcraft, is featured in “Who’s Who in America” for her work in building deep community resilience, restoring heirloom genetics in gardens and livestock, and advancing the return to natural medicine across the nation. National Geographic featured Marjory as an expert in sustainable living, and she has hosted Mother Earth News’ online “Homesteading Summit.”   Marjory also hosts the annual Home Grown Food and Home Medicine Summits, which reach hundreds of thousands of viewers every year.

She is best known for her DVD series Grow Your Own Groceries, which has over a half million copies in use by homesteaders, foodies, preppers, universities, and missionary organizations around the world.

Beloved for her humorous, non-judgmental, get ’er done style, Marjory raised two teenagers in Central Texas and currently splits her time between Paonia, CO, and Puerto Rico. When she’s not building an online network, being “Mom,” and tending her family’s food supply, Marjory loves playing, running, doing gymnastics, skateboarding, acquiring skills from the Paleolithic era (yes, she is part cavewoman!), and experimenting with anything and everything related to food production and sustainability.

Food Supply Shutdown: Deer, Fish, Pigs Euthanized; Crops Not Planted An observing alien species would ask itself, “Why is humanity destroying ALL of their food sources?” In this special Ice Age Farmer broadcast, Christian has a candid conversation about the overwhelming number of attacks on our food supply. With crops unplanted and with more food facilities burning down, the media runs stories about “food fire conspiracy theories.” And it’s not just chickens — the state is also killing deer and fish in the name of stopping diseases. Start growing food now.

World Hunger to Worsen After Spiking 25% Before Ukraine War The global hunger crisis is “exploding” as the war in Ukraine sends prices of key staples even higher, following a 25% spike in food insecurity last year. The comment from the chief economist at the World Food Programme came as the Global Network Against Food Crises warned that the hunger problem is expected to “deteriorate further” this year. A gauge of world food prices has soared to a record as the Ukraine war disrupts harvests and exports from one of the world’s top grain and vegetable-oil suppliers. “The world is exploding with food insecurity,” the WFP’s Arif Husain said Wednesday at a press briefing. Almost 193 million people across 53 countries or territories suffered acute food insecurity in 2021, meaning their lack of meals posed an immediate threat to their lives or livelihoods, the network said earlier. That’s up from 155 million in 55 countries for the prior year, and a record in the six years since the report began. Conflicts in countries like Ethiopia and Afghanistan have worsened crises there, and economic shocks from the Covid-19 pandemic curbed food access in almost two dozen nations, the international alliance said in a report. Extreme weather, like severe drought in Madagascar, is also exacerbating the problem. A gauge of world food prices has soared about 75% since mid-2020 — eclipsing levels seen in 2008 and 2011 that contributed to global food crises — piling pressure on governments from Sri Lanka to Peru. The invasion of Ukraine is also sparking a wave of protectionism as some exporters curb overseas crop sales to ensure local supplies. The war will have “severe consequences” on global food security, as millions of Ukrainians are displaced and many import-dependent countries can’t get staple crops or fertilizers from Ukraine and Russia, according to the report. It’s also hampering the global economic recovery from the pandemic.

From coffee to ketchup, retailers seek price ‘shields’ as inflation runs riot As shoppers pay more for anything from coffee to ketchup, some retailers have started to cut or cap the price of hundreds of products as they compete for customers and set themselves up to do battle in negotiations with major packaged food makers. Eurostat said on Friday that euro zone inflation for food, alcohol and tobacco rose by 6.4% in April versus last year, compared with a 5% increase in March, as the rising cost of living in Europe extends beyond expensive energy. The head of Leclerc, France’s biggest retailer by market share, on Tuesday said it would identify the 120 items consumers buy most, including toilet paper, soap, rice and pasta, and create a “shield” whereby Leclerc will guarantee the price of those items from May 4 until July. Price increases have been anywhere between 6% and 20%. Pasta, for instance, has increased by 20%, as have some brands of coffee and chocolate, Michel-Edouard Leclerc said in an interview with French radio broadcaster franceinfo. In March, European governments, some facing elections this year, spent tens of billions of euros to shelter households from energy costs. There is little sign they will offer similar help with food bills, which are a smaller part of domestic expenditure, but politicians are nervous as household incomes are squeezed and consumer groups have warned the poorest are having to choose between heating their homes and eating properly.
