Pandemic fever got you down? Smash up stuff at the rage room After nearly a year of being trapped in pandemic isolation, some people just want to pick up a sledgehammer and smash something to smithereens. “That felt good,” sweating insurance executive Josh Elohim said after reducing a computer printer and other stuff to piles of rubble. It reminded him of the workout he used to get chopping wood when he lived in Upstate New York. Since last winter, Elohim and his wife, Michelle, have been isolated at home with four kids ranging in age from 4 to 17. They needed an outlet, and so they headed to the office of marriage and family therapist Yashica Budde, who outfitted them with protective gloves, full body suits and face coverings that resemble fencing masks. Then she let them pick their “destructive devices” and turned them loose in one of two “rage rooms” plastered with inspirational signs proclaiming “Why Stress When You Can Smash” and “Never Give Up.” “We are believers, so we use God, obviously, as our main foundation,” Elohim said afterward. “But,” he added with a hearty laugh, “I’m not opposed to breaking some stuff to relieve some tension.”
John Hewlett – Cardio Miracle
The discovery of the function of nitric oxide which won the Nobel Prize in medicine gave humanity hope to conquer the deadliest disease on the planet. Scientist would soon learn nitric oxide not only regulates blood pressure and increases blood flow, but plays a vital role on the whole body system. The goal to change lives one person at a time became Cardio Miracle’s clarion call. To do this the founder, John Hewlett, embarked on a five year journey to produce the world’s finest nitric oxide supplement. Cardio Miracle’s commitment to excellence resulted in the formulation of the most effective defense against heart disease and to provide the best natural pathway to produce nitric oxide in the body. Cardio Miracle was designed to give the body an instant jolt of nitric oxide and then sustain the nitric oxide boosting effects for a 12 hour period. The highest quality ingredients were selected before this formula was put through rigorous laboratory testing to ensure efficacy, quality and sustained delivery. The end result is the most synergistic blend of mostly organic, bioavailable active ingredients.
High blood pressure causes atrial fibrillation The first evidence from genetic data that high blood pressure is causally associated with the most common heart rhythm disorder is published today in the European Journal of Preventive Cardiology, a journal of the European Journal of Preventive Cardiology (ESC). Study author Dr. Georgios Georgiopoulos of King’s College London, UK and National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Greece said: “Establishing that elevated blood pressure causes atrial fibrillation provides further impetus for public health strategies aimed at improving blood pressure control in the general population and for individual efforts to keep levels in check.” Atrial fibrillation is the most common heart rhythm disorder, affecting more than 40 million individuals globally. People with the disorder have a five times greater risk of having a stroke. Previous studies have shown an association between high blood pressure and developing atrial fibrillation, but there was no strong evidence of direct causality.
Heart failure cases soar globally The number of patients with heart failure worldwide nearly doubled from 33.5 million in 1990 to 64.3 million in 2017. That’s the finding of a study published today in the European Journal of Preventive Cardiology, a journal of the European Society of Cardiology (ESC). “Our study challenges the common view that heart disease is fully under control,” said study author Dr. Nicola Bragazzi of York University, Toronto, Canada. “Despite progress and achievements, the global burden imposed by heart failure is significantly growing.” The analysis used data from the Global Burden of Disease Study to examine the burden and causes of heart failure from 1990 to 2017 in 195 countries and territories. The age-standardized prevalence rate showed a slow downward trend, suggesting that population aging and growth are responsible for most of the increase in prevalence. The study revealed major differences between regions of the world. The researchers used the socio-demographic index (SDI) to categorize the 195 countries and territories into five groups according to development status: low, low-middle, middle, high-middle, and high SDI. Between 1990 and 2017, the age-standardized prevalence rate of heart failure decreased by 20.3% in high SDI countries but increased in the low, low-middle, and middle SDI countries.
Heart disease deaths rising in young women A nationwide US study has found increasing death rates from heart disease in women under 65. The research is published in European Heart Journal—Quality of Care and Clinical Outcomes, a journal of the European Society of Cardiology (ESC). The study found that while death rates from cancer declined every year between 1999 and 2018, after an initial drop, heart disease death rates have been rising since 2010. “Young women in the US are becoming less healthy, which is now reversing prior improvements in heart disease deaths,” said senior author Dr. Erin Michos of Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, Baltimore, US. “With worsening epidemics of diabetes and obesity across developed countries, our findings are a warning sign that we need to pay more attention to the health of young women.” Heart disease is the main cause of death worldwide. In the age group under-65 in developed countries, most deaths are due to cancer and heart disease is the second reason. This study compared heart disease- and cancer-related deaths in women under 65 in the US. The researchers analyzed death certificates between 1999 and 2018 from a national database.
Vitamin D supplementation: Possible gain in life years combined with cost savings In recent years, three meta-analyses of clinical studies have come to the conclusion that vitamin D supplementation was associated with a reduction in the mortality rate from cancer of around 13 percent. Scientists at the German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ) have now transferred these results to the situation in Germany and calculated: If all Germans over the age of 50 were to take vitamin D supplements, up to 30,000 cancer deaths per year could possibly be avoided and more than 300,000 years of life could be gained—in addition, health care costs could be saved. For several years now, scientists have been investigating the influence of an adequate supply of vitamin D on the prognosis of numerous diseases. The focus is particularly on inflammatory diseases, diabetes, respiratory diseases and cancer. Three meta-analyses of large clinical studies have been published in recent years on the question of how vitamin D supply affects cancer mortality rates. The studies came to the same conclusion: cancer mortality is reduced by around 13 percent with vitamin D supplementation—across all cancers. Only methodologically high-quality randomized trials from all parts of the world were included in the meta-analyses. Exactly what biological mechanisms might underlie this is not yet clear.

Cuomo aide Melissa DeRosa admits they hid nursing home data so feds wouldn’t find out Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s top aide privately apologized to Democratic lawmakers for withholding the state’s nursing home death toll from COVID-19 — telling them “we froze” out of fear that the true numbers would “be used against us” by federal prosecutors, The Post has learned. The stunning admission of a coverup was made by secretary to the governor Melissa DeRosa during a video conference call with state Democratic leaders in which she said the Cuomo administration had rebuffed a legislative request for the tally in August because “right around the same time, [then-President Donald Trump] turns this into a giant political football,” according to an audio recording of the two-hour-plus meeting. “He starts tweeting that we killed everyone in nursing homes,” DeRosa said. “He starts going after [New Jersey Gov. Phil] Murphy, starts going after [California Gov. Gavin] Newsom, starts going after [Michigan Gov.] Gretchen Whitmer.”
TAKE THE SHOT GPs could charge holidaymakers £30 for vaccine certificates – as experts says vax passports are ‘inevitable’ PASSENGERS needing a vaccine passport to go on holiday will be “inevitable” according to one travel expert, following warnings that Brits may face a £30 charge from GPs for it. A string of tourist hotspots, including Greece and Spain, are considering plans to allow travellers to skip quarantine if they can show they have had the jab. Aviation expert Alex Macheras said on Good Morning Britain that vaccine passports are “inevitable and we should prepare for it”. He also warned that the quarantine measures are “too little, too late,” adding: “No one can get their heads round it, people still fly in.” British pilot union BALPA has echoed this, with Brian Strutton, BALPA General Secretary, saying, “People are desperate to get travelling again, and if a vaccine passport is what is needed, then we fully support it. “What would be better still is a globally-recognised vaccine passport. Many actors are working on their own version but we need a global solution to this global problem.”
10 Famous Liberals Who’ve Made The ‘Nazi’ Comparison But Weren’t Canceled According to reports, Disney fired conservative actress Gina Carano — best known for her character on the hugely popular Disney+ show, The Mandalorian — “because of a series of posts she made on social media that critics claimed were offensive.” The Daily Wire reported, “The post that generated the most controversy was a screenshot of another person’s post that she then posted onto her own Instagram account. The post compared the current politically divisive culture in the U.S. to Nazi Germany.” The screenshot read: Jews were beaten in the streets, not by Nazi soldiers but by their neighbors…even by children. “Because history is edited, most people today don’t realize that to get to the point where Nazi soldiers could easily round up thousands of Jews, the government first made their own neighbors hate them simply for being Jews. How is that any different from hating someone for their political views?” “As Carano has been an outspoken supporter of former president Donald Trump and has often complained about backlash against her conservative opinions, many critics took the post as her equating Republicans with Jews in Nazi Germany,” The Washington Post reported. “The post has since been deleted, but not before fans captured the moment and shared it widely. Critics called for the actress to be fired for her online rhetoric under the hashtag #FireGinaCarano, which trended on Twitter on Wednesday.”
RFK, Jr. Responds to Instagram’s Removal of His Account Wednesday, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr.’s Instagram account was deplatformed without advanced notice. Dozens of media outlets reporting on this censorship asserted the account was removed over “false COVID vaccine claims” or “vaccine misinformation.” Some reports referred to Kennedy as an “anti-vaxxer.” Kennedy, founder, chairman and chief legal counsel of Children’s Health Defense,” unequivocally rejects those characterizations as false and misleading. Children’s Health Defense (CHD), including Kennedy, advocates for vaccine safety and health freedom. CHD’s mission is to end childhood health epidemics by exposing the causes, eliminating harmful exposures, holding those responsible accountable and seeking justice for those harmed. As Kennedy has said many times, for a democracy to function, civil debate of issues — including vaccine science — must be allowed. Censorship of that debate is anathema to democracy.
REPEAT-Is coughing a crime? Danish court hears appeal against pandemic-linked conviction Denmark’s top court will on Thursday begin an appeal hearing in which it will be asked to decide if coughing at someone while shouting “corona” constitutes threatening behaviour. The 20-year-old defendant in the case was arrested in March, when the country was under a full coronavirus lockdown, after subjecting police to what prosecutors called the “ruthless and thoughtless” actions during a routine traffic stop. He subsequently tested negative for COVID-19. First acquitted in a local court, he was later convicted of the offence at Denmark’s Western High Court and, at his Supreme Court appeal against that conviction, prosecutors are seeking jail term of three to five months. Other similar incidents of coughing directed at police were reported in Denmark last year, in part a reflection of simmering public discontent in some quarters against the government’s handling of the COVID-19 crisis. The government, which says it follows a “precautionary principle” in managing the virus, enjoyed almost unequivocal public support for swift action against COVID-19 early last year. But opposition parties have begun to question what some consider an overly cautious approach as infection rates fall, and 30% of Danes now think the government’s measures are too far-reaching, according to a recent Aarhus University study.

The Story Of The Medical Conspiracy Against America – a book by Eustace Mullins

OMG! I am reading this book and am just astonished by two things:
1. I would not have believed it five years ago
2. There very fact that it is profoundly true drives one to look at every institution in America by actively participating in the process. These lies were so subtle and they were right in front of us then, as they are now.
