Consumers advised by CDC to not eat romaine lettuce following E.coli outbreak Just days before Thanksgiving, the CDC is advising that U.S. consumers stay away from romaine lettuce following an E.coli outbreak. On Tuesday, the CDC said any romaine lettuce should not be eaten, and retailers and restaurants should not sell or serve any. This comes after an outbreak of E.coli infections has been linked to the lettuce. 32 people infected with the outbreak strain have been reported from 11 states, including one person in Connecticut, according to the CDC. These illnesses started in October. The CDC stated that this advisory includes all types and uses of romaine lettuce. If you do not know what kind of lettuce is in your home, it is recommended that you throw it away. The CDC said to wash and sanitize drawers or shelves in the refrigerator where the lettuce was stored. The investigation into the outbreak is ongoing. For additional information, click here.
Bitterly Cold Thanksgiving, Black Friday Will Be Among the Coldest on Record in Parts of the Northeast Another blast of cold air will bring one of the coldest Thanksgivings on record for some Northeast cities. A strong area of high pressure originating from the Arctic Circle is now sweeping into the Northeast, and will send temperatures plummeting toward levels you might expect on New Year’s Day, not Thanksgiving Day. These will be the coldest temperature anomalies – in other words, the temperatures most below average – anywhere in the Northern Hemisphere on Thanksgiving Day. For some Northeast cities, high temperatures on Thanksgiving could be close to the coldest on record no matter what day of the month the holiday was celebrated (e.g. Nov. 22, Nov. 24, Nov. 26, etc.). The official U.S. Thanksgiving Day has been celebrated the last Thursday of November from 1863 to 1938, the next-to-last Thursday from 1939 to 1941 and the fourth Thursday from 1942 to the present.
Fewer than two in 10 Americans looking forward to talking politics at Thanksgiving: poll Just 15 percent of Americans say they are “looking forward” to talking politics at the Thanksgiving dinner table this year, according to a new poll. The CBS News poll released Wednesday found that four in 10 Americans say they “hope to avoid” political discussion during Thursday’s holiday. Almost half — 45 percent — of respondents said they don’t care either way. Democrats were just slightly more likely than Republicans to say they want to avoid politics, with 40 percent of Democrats polled giving that response compared to 37 percent of Republicans polled. The results show slightly less enthusiasm than last year for political discussion. An Associated Press poll in 2017 found that 20 percent of Americans were eager to talk politics at Thanksgiving.

PLANNED OBSOLESCENCE OF HEALTH UNDER THE 5G GRID When your stuff is designed to break down, that’s ‘planned obsolescence.’ In fourteen short years, we have gone from 2G wifi (2004) to 5G, from flip phone to smart phone. By design. Are we smarter? Healthier? On September 26, 2018, the Federal Communications Commissions (FCC) voted to implement its Wireless Infrastructure Order (dockets 17-79 and 17-84). The order preempts local control of the public rights-of-way. Wireless companies can now more easily install cell towers in front of your home without your consent, all to irradiate those nearby with intense, pulsed, data-modulated, Radio-frequency Electromagnetic Microwave Radiation (RF-EMR) — 24/7. U.S. Wireless companies are in charge. About 800,000 new antennas will be deployed – more than the total number of cell towers built over the past three decades. Every wireless company will build its own 5G network, which requires the installation of new equipment even though they plan to use existing infrastructure in the form of street lights, so to remain “unobtrusive to customers.” What about the obtrusive health effects of millimeter wave technology targeting people on every street?
THE TOP FIVE WAYS TO STAY HEALTHY FOR THE HOLIDAYS Holiday season is here and food is a central theme, beginning with Thanksgiving. Thanksgiving is a time to acknowledge those people and things for which you are grateful. Gratitude reminds you that when you get stuck in life and feel overwhelmed, you can choose to see things differently. Practicing gratitude helps to free you up from judgment to see new solutions. When it comes to health, how you navigate this time of year determines your success in staying healthy going forward into the New Year. If you were able to avoid indulging in all the sugar of Halloween, congratulations! But what will you do when faced with the challenges of all that food for Thanksgiving and the remainder of the year? And you are not in control of making that food. If you don’t want to put “Losing Weight” at the top of your New Years Resolution’s list for the New Year, how do you stay healthy for the holidays?
Question of The Day!
Hello RSB and Super Don!! Curious as to your opinion on an article in Natural Health 365. Yerba Mate drinkers have higher incidence of esophageal, thyroid and oral cavity cancers when it is ingested hot. Yerba mate contains PAH’s found in tobacco smoke and grilled meats!! What do you say about this as you got me started on Yerba mate with peppermint and I love it. Also , the article was saying it has caffeine level between regular tea and coffee. So upset as I just bought 2 big boxes of it. Thanks in advance.
Hour 2 – Outside The Box With Ty Bollinger!
It’s time to go Outside The Box again with Ty Bollinger! What will we be talking about today?
UK School Teacher Blows the Whistle on Targeting of Autistic Children to Become Transgender An astonishing 17 pupils at a single British school are in the process of changing gender, The Mail on Sunday can reveal. Most of the youngsters undergoing the transformation are autistic, according to a teacher there, who said vulnerable children with mental health problems were being ‘tricked’ into believing they are the wrong sex. The whistleblower says few of the transgender children are suffering from gender dysphoria – the medical term for someone who feels they were born in the wrong body – but are just easily influenced, latching on to the mistaken belief they are the wrong sex as a way of coping with the problems caused by autism. Earlier this year, The Mail on Sunday revealed that a third of youngsters referred to the NHS’s only gender identity clinic for children showed ‘moderate to severe autistic traits’. It means that 150 autistic teenagers were given puberty blocker drugs which stop the body maturing.

Question of The Day!
Hi Robert and Ty,
A couple weeks ago I was cutting down a tree in my back yard and I tripped on an extension cord, which caused me to fall into a pile of poison ivy and the left side of my face took the brunt of it. After washing off my face itched that day, but the following day the left side of my face blew up like a balloon to the point that I could not even open my left eye. At that point I panicked and made a trip to the ER.
I was given a two week prescription for Prednisone starting at 50mg and weaning down to nothing by the end of two weeks. My face did return to a normal appearance after a couple days, but my blood sugar which has been normal in recent months jumped to over 200 and stayed there over the two week period.
Now I’m wondering if my blood sugar levels will again return to normal. In hindsight what should I have done besides probably avoiding an allopathic doctor?
Top 5 TOXINS that turn critically thinking citizens into obedient sheeple so that globalists can control elections In the minds of most Americans, chemical warfare happens only on television and in movies, where evil terrorists and insidious dictators use chemical or biological weapons to kill enemy soldiers or innocent citizens, all in the name of some rogue “religion,” or to make some dogmatic political statement. You may also be recalling the gas chambers of the Holocaust. However, that kind of chemical warfare is usually short-lived and then quashed by some powerful nation or combination of rich, elite politicians who simply won’t tolerate losing control of their loyal people – the same citizens who believe their leaders are always taking action in their own country’s “best interest.” These gullible folks are called “sheeple,” and they themselves are controlled by a whole different kind of chemical warfare, that’s much more effective for long-term mind control. Americans who fall under this chemically-induced “spell” rarely ever wake up from it – they remain zombie-like tax payers for life, who vote for more punishment, fewer rights, and lots of “free stuff” (that they may never even get).
Dear God, help us: Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez can’t name the three branches of government (hint: She was somehow elected to one of them) As a legislator, Rep.-elect Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez makes a pretty good activist, given that in the short time since she won her seat during the midterm elections earlier this month she’s already taken part in a climate change protest in the office of Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi and a conference call with Justice Democrats, a group whose objective is to oust primary incumbent Democrats not seen as ‘Left-wing enough.’ Actual governing is going to be a much harder concept for her to grasp, however, as evidenced by the fact that a) she’s already fallen into the habit of upsetting the Democrat establishment and b) she can’t even name the three branches of government. Speaking of that conference call with Justice Democrats over the weekend, Ocasio-Cortez actually told attendees, “If we work our butts off to make sure that we take back all three chambers of Congress — uh, rather, all three chambers of government: the presidency, the Senate, and the House.”
