Friday on The Robert Scott Bell Show:
Tucker Claims Bobby Kennedy Is Winning – He May Be Right The sixth installment of Tucker on Twitter dropped Thursday evening amidst a day full of blockbuster news. (The CliffsNotes version in case you’ve spent all day at the pool or ziplining through a remote jungle: Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) and Lauren Boebert (R-CO) are in a tiff over who wore their impeachment articles better, the House Ways & Means Committee released bombshell testimony by two IRS whistleblowers which showed the Department of Justice interfered with the investigation into Hunter Biden, the FBI authenticated Hunter’s laptop back in 2019, and Hunter claimed Joe Biden was in the room with him while he threatened a Chinese official to pay up, wreckage of the lost submersible Titan was located indicating a catastrophic event, and the House voted to send Boebert’s articles of impeachment to committee for further investigation. And that’s just the “big” stories.) Meanwhile, the 2024 presidential election continues to pick up steam, with yet another candidate entering an already crowded GOP field. The field for the Democrats is far less congested, but one candidate continues to give the incumbent president cause for concern and ambivalent Democrats food for thought.
Fauci, Walensky and Collins Knew Early on mRNA Vaccines Were Failing But Didn’t Tell Public “Emails obtained through a Freedom of Information Act request show that CDC [Centers for Disease Control and Prevention] Director Rochelle Walensky and former NIH [National Institutes of Health] Director Francis Collins were aware of, and discussed, ‘breakthrough cases’ of COVID in January 2021 — right when the vaccines became widely available. “In her email, Walensky says that ‘clearly,’ it is an ‘important area of study,’ links to a study raising the issue, and assures the person she is sending it to that Dr. Anthony Fauci is looped into these conversations. “However, in public, Walensky was saying something quite different. Two months after discussing this data, she said vaccinated people ‘don’t carry the virus’ and “don’t get sick.’ “In a congressional hearing, after it became clear people were able to get infected with COVID even after receiving the vaccine, she defended her original statements by claiming it was true at the time she said it — namely, for the strands we were dealing with in early 2021. … “Jay Bhattacharya, a professor at the Stanford School of Medicine, called the revelation ‘stunning.’ “He pointed out that despite this knowledge, ‘they continued to push vax mandates anyway.’ “This is the real scandal, as there is little harm in getting something like this wrong in a vacuum. After all, COVID-19 vaccines certainly saved many, many lives and reduced the severity of infection for many more.
House Republicans look to aid troops kicked out for refusing former Pentagon vaccine mandate Several Pentagon policies meant to protect troops penalized under the Defense Department’s since-repealed COVID-19 vaccine mandate have made it into the House Armed Services Committee’s annual defense policy bill. The panel, which held its markup for the annual National Defense Authorization Act on Wednesday, adopted five separate GOP-offered amendments on how to treat service members and military academy cadets kicked out for refusing the vaccine after the mandate was put in place in August 2021. The first amendment, offered by Rep. Jim Banks (R-Ind.), passed 32-26. It would prohibit any adverse action for troops who did not receive the vaccine and allow those kicked out for refusing it to be reinstated without any detriment to their career. “This provides a fair, equitable and honorable option for our wrongly separated service members, many who filed legitimate religious exemptions and were ignored, to return to their ranks without any detriments to their career progression, especially in a time of great need as we face the greatest recruiting crisis since the establishment of the all-volunteer force,” Banks said in introducing the provision. The committee’s ranking member Rep. Adam Smith (D-Wash.) pushed back, arguing that the amendment would allow service members to view military orders as optional.
Unvaccinated Canadian Woman Denied Organ Transplant Finds US Hospital to Perform Surgery An Alberta woman who was removed from a high-priority organ transplant list for not receiving a COVID-19 vaccine has found a hospital in the United States that is willing to perform the surgery. Sheila Annette Lewis was diagnosed with a terminal illness in 2018 and was told she would not survive without an organ transplant. She was placed on an organ waiting list in 2020, but in 2021 she was informed that a COVID-19 vaccine was required to receive the transplant. Lewis had all her childhood vaccinations updated in 2021 but decided not to receive the COVID-19 vaccine because she was concerned about side effects. According to a GiveSendGo fundraising campaign set up to help pay for Lewis’s surgery, she had tested positive for COVID-19 twice and received a COVID antibody test where she was found to have “extremely high” levels of antibodies, however, was still required to take the vaccine in order to receive the transplant in Canada. With the help of her friends, Lewis has now found a hospital in the U.S. that would not require her to be vaccinated for COVID-19 to be a transplant recipient. The testing is estimated to cost $100,000 and, after Lewis finds a suitable transplant donor, the surgery will cost another estimated $500,000.

Trinity School of Natural Health was founded for the purpose of presenting alternative natural health education to everyone. Today, the Trinity repertoire of programs and courses has evolved into a powerful, educational process that enables students to improve their own health, enhance the good health of their families, friends and communities, and their own professional practices.
Our philosophy is that we are intrinsically holistic and should therefore continually pursue true health through the development of the physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of the whole person. Our vision is to become the global leader in natural health education by creating a community of individuals who are committed to sharing their knowledge of the power and purpose of holistic health. As we strive to create an exceptional student experience, we will treat each person who chooses Trinity with respect and dignity. Every decision made, every single day, will be focused solely on what is best for our students.

GOP: Biden violated First Amendment by pressing Big Tech on covid misinfo House Republicans on Wednesday used a hearing on the U.S. government’s coronavirus policies to highlight a lawsuit accusing the Biden administration of using social media to censor Americans’ speech in violation of the First Amendment. “The Biden administration strong-armed Big Tech companies to shut down debate in the name of science,” argued Rep. Brad Wenstrup (R-Ohio), who chairs the House’s select subcommittee on the coronavirus pandemic. He said the attempt to “censor speech” demands a congressional response, though he didn’t say what that might be. The hearing featured testimony from Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey, who with his Louisiana counterpart is suing in federal court to block the White House from working with tech companies such as Google and Meta to restrict what Americans can say on social media sites. A Trump-appointed Louisiana federal judge has allowed the case to move forward, raising the possibility of another high-profile legal clash in higher courts over online speech. The hearing and the lawsuit are part of a years-long political tug-of-war over what Americans can and can’t say on social media — and who gets to decide. As social media platforms such as YouTube, Facebook and Twitter have worked to remove or reduce the spread of messages they deem offensive or harmful, conservatives have pushed back, saying the efforts target conservative opinion and infringe on Americans’ freedom of expression.
The greed of Big Pharma cannot continue The American healthcare system is broken. Despite spending twice as much per capita on healthcare as the people of any other nation, nearly $13,000 per person, we have 85 million Americans who are uninsured or underinsured and more than 500,000 households who go bankrupt each year because of medically related bills. Further, while insurance companies make tens of billions a year in profits, we have a major shortage of doctors, nurses, dentists and mental health practitioners. Even with decent insurance it is increasingly difficult for many patients to arrange timely visits with their doctors. One of the reasons that our healthcare system is so broken and expensive is the outrageously high cost of prescription drugs. In the United States we pay, by far, the highest prices in the world for prescription drugs. Here are just a few examples of what we pay compared to other countries: Novo Nordisk is charging Americans with diabetes $12,000 for Ozempic while the exact same drug can be purchased for just $2,000 in Canada. Eli Lilly is charging the American people nearly $200,000 for Cyramza to treat stomach cancer – a drug that can be purchased in Germany for just $54,000. Sanofi is charging America over $200,000 for Caprelsa to treat thyroid cancer – a drug that can be purchased in France for just $30,000.
