Disease Has An Enemy – Its Name Is Selenium Are you concerned about getting cancer or any other life-threatening disease in your lifetime? Do you have a serious health challenge you’re dealing with but don’t know what to do naturally to help? Like millions, you probably take a handful of pills or capsules every day hoping to better your chances for survival and live longer. While there are many excellent products and essential nutrients to choose from that can definitely do great things for your health, none holds more promise for prevention and protec- tion than the trace mineral selenium. According to Barr, “…hands down selenium is unequivocally the most protective of all nutrients.”
In our last issue of CRUSADOR (Issue 36 May/June), we ran one of the best interviews we’ve ever published with Christopher Barr on the trace mineral chromium in a food grown state. In that interview, Barr stated that “the trace mineral chromium is the single most important nutrient discovered to date.” Everyone needs chromium because it is the most important nutrient required for blood sugar metabolism and al- most everyone is deficient in it.
In this very educational interview about selenium, you will be just as enlightened and encouraged as you discover what selenium can do for preventing disease and protecting your health.

GTF Chromium, or Glucose Tolerance Factor Chromium, is the biologically active form of chromium in the body. Other than in the body, GTF chromium is found only in foods. There have been many attempts to isolate or synthesize GTF chromium; none have been successful. It has been proposed that GTF chromium is a complex of chromium, nicotinic acid and possibly the amino acids glycine, cysteine and glutamic acid. GTF chromium works closely with insulin to facilitate the uptake of glucose into cells. In individuals with impaired glucose tolerance, such as those with diabetes, hypoglycemia and obesity, supplementation with GTF chromium, the bioactive form, is of paramount importance. The utilization of GTF chromium from True Active™ FoodState® is further enhanced by the inclusion of the mineral-rich foods rice bran, kelp and dulse.
Among its functions in the physiology, selenium plays an important role in antioxidant function through the protection of cell membranes, and supports healthy functioning of the immune system and thyroid gland. This select formulation is further enhanced by the inclusion of organic botanical and organic whole food blends, a specialized immune blend, and plant-sourced enzymes. Selenium by Innate is designed to provide the synergy to support selenium’s role in the body. The primary function of Selenium is as a component of the vital antioxidant enzyme glutathione peroxidase, working with vitamin E to prevent free radical damage to cells. The levels of selenium in the soil directly effect the levels in food.*
Each of these The Missing Link 100 vegetable capsules contain 550 mg of a non-volcanic clay mineral sourced from an ancient inland seabed consisting of composted seaweed with naturally chelated mineral elements to include significant amounts of the following:
More than 70 other minerals elements have been documented in this rich mineral clay through nearly half a century along with fulvic acid. The need for all of these mineral elements in human nutrition has not been established.
The Missing Link contains the mineral clay recommended by the late, GREAT medical doctor John Myers – creator of the legendary nutritional “Myers Cocktails” – whom NAD (NotADoc) was privileged to learn about this personally in the 1970’s. It was the ‘Mineral 72’ and then ‘Tracemin 74’ before 78 elements were finally reliably confirmed through the past four decades.

Flu shots for all N.J. kids in school and daycare would be required under new bill With experts predicting a resurgence of the coronavirus coinciding with the flu season in the fall, state lawmakers want to mandate that all students — from grade school to college — get the flu vaccine. Democratic Assemblymen Herb Conaway, D-Burlington and Andrew Zwicker, D-Middlesex, introduced legislation last week that would make the influenza shot a requirement for admission at public and private schools, preschools and colleges and universities. The goal is to pass the bill, (A4576) before Oct. 1, “so people can build immunity in their systems in advance of flu season,” said Conaway, a physician. Vaccinating students will significantly reduce the number of people experiencing “severe flu symptoms or a severe combination of flu and COVID-19 symptoms,” and “result in fewer emergency department visits and hospitalizations related to influenza,” the bill said. The flu vaccine is not among the battery of required vaccines to attend elementary, high school or college in the state. New Jersey already requires children who attend day care and preschool to get the flu shot.
Letter to Investigate Herb Conaway We are calling on all New Jerseyans to join us as we take a stance against the corrupt Assemblyman Herb Conaway, who has consistently advanced bills and legislature that benefit private interests over NJ residents. We have reason to believe that Conaway has used his position in the legislature to influence policies and laws that have a direct positive financial benefit to him, his close circle and his sponsoring industries. Furthermore, Conaway has a notorious track record of manipulating and bullying other legislators to do his bidding. Bill A4576 sponsored by Conaway seeks to mandate the flu shot annually to all NJ students, all ages, in all institutions. This is a direct conflict of interest since Conaway is a doctor who runs a private practice. We need to have checks and balances -We need 1,000 Signatures!!! SIGN HERE.
Questions of The Day!
A bit of a strange thing has happened to me. Yesterday, shortly after waking, I realized I had this odd and terrible feeling at the inside of my wrist to halfway up my forearm. It’s rather a lack of feeling though, the patch of skin there seems to be partly numb. I can feel certain sensations like normal, such as heat. When I press there, I can feel it on my veins and tendons, but not my skin. I can pinch there and feel very little. When I extend my arm outward or draw it close to my body, it hurts sharply and is uncomfortable. I did not injure it. It’s become slightly worse today.
What’s more, is I have a patch of numb/ uncomfortable skin on my thigh that has been that way for as long as I can remember. It feels the exact same way, and only hurts when I scratch it. I never thought about it much when I was younger, it didn’t really bother me. I’m worried that my wrist will stay this way forever, like the small spot on my thigh.
I’m 25, I’ve been listening to you guys for at least 10 years. I take my selenium, silica, and GTF chromium. I’m sorry if this is a loaded question, let me know if you need more info. I’m just worried.
Thank you so much!
Just found the best option for when I absolutely have to wear a mask (such as for work – they’re making us wear one all day): 100% organic cotton gauze, one layer. I made my own mask and nobody can tell how thin it is, and I can breathe almost (ALMOST) as well as when I don’t have a mask. At least, it’s the closest to breathing freely I can get without getting fired! Also it’s DEFINITELY not CDC-approved!
Would like some insight from your perspective on what could be helpful for the guy side of your audience with prostate/bladder problems and needed support. In my case as age is north of 65 that part is the weak link in my health chain with off and on inflammation causing issues not being able to properly drain bladder and of course putting load on Kidneys as well. Conditions include small bladder capacity and urgency, wash room visits 4-5 times each night effecting getting a good sleep, PSA has been high for last 4 years. For sure some of it is infection related as I had a Ultra Sound done 2 years ago at Dr Tony Jimenez’s Clinic in Cancun which we discovered a gland in that area with infection, 10 years earlier I had 3 cancer nodes so the reason for the check up and 2 were gone one dormant at that time, main concern was infection. I currently do coffee enema’s weekly, range of supplements as well as your important 3, ozone therapy, pemf therapy, moderate exercise and keep active, try to eat high on plant food etc
So your ideas on support and what heavy hitters would you use if this becomes a problem to drain bladder properly. Is there a point where you just say need to remove, was hoping not to
Thanks for your input and ideas
Hi RSB , would like to know if you have any information on diverticulitis , or could you link me to some info from a trusted source, thanks Norm
Dear Robert and Don,
I am wondering if you have heard of the Brucellosis bacteria that is being sprayed on human and animal food as of Sept. 7?
