Wednesday on The Robert Scott Bell Show:
Biden says pause on J&J shots shows gov’t putting safety 1st President Joe Biden’s COVID-19 vaccination campaign hit a snag when federal regulators recommended a “pause” in administering Johnson & Johnson shots. But the White House portrayed the action as important validation of his measured approach throughout the rollout. Biden declared Tuesday that even with a temporary loss of J&J ‘s one-shot vaccine, there is a huge supply of Pfizer and Moderna vaccines, enough that “is basically 100% unquestionable, for every single, solitary American.” Perhaps more concerning than any worry about supply, however, is the potential blow to public confidence in all of the vaccines, as polls suggest potentially tens of millions of Americans are hesitant to get the shots that public health experts say are necessary for the nation to emerge from the pandemic. The pause actually should have the opposite effect, boosting confidence that the government is putting safety first, Biden and top health officials said at a White House briefing. The advisory by the Food and Drug Administration and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention — citing a need to investigate reports of rare but potentially dangerous blood clots — was “testimony to how seriously we take safety,” said Dr. Anthony Fauci, the nation’s top infectious disease expert.
Trump Accuses Biden Administration Of Conspiring With Pfizer To Pause Johnson & Johnson Vaccine For ‘Political Reasons’ Former President Donald Trump accused the Biden administration Tuesday of pausing the use of Johnson & Johnson’s coronavirus vaccine for “political reasons” at Pfizer’s request. “The Biden Administration did a terrible disservice to people throughout the world by allowing the FDA and CDC to call a ‘pause’ in the use of the Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine,” Trump said in a statement distributed by his “Save America” PAC. “The results of this vaccine have been extraordinary but now it’s reputation will be permanently challenged. The people who have already taken the vaccine will be up in arms.” Trump stated that the Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA) “love for Pfizer” was behind the decision and cited the FDA’s decision to grant Pfizer’s coronavirus vaccine an Emergency Use Authorization shortly after the 2020 general election. He claimed the company “didn’t like me very much because I pushed them extremely hard” through Operation Warp Speed. “The FDA, especially with long time bureaucrats within, has to be controlled,” Trump continued. “They should not be able to do such damage for possibly political reasons, or maybe because their friends at Pfizer have suggested it.”
New York to honor Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 appointments with Pfizer doses, health commissioner says New York paused Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccinations Tuesday and will honor all such appointments with the Pfizer vaccine instead at state mass vaccination sites, following a federal recommendation to suspend rollout after several instances of severe blood clots in recipients. “Today the CDC and FDA issued a statement recommending a pause in the use of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine out of an abundance of caution,” Dr. Howard Zucker, New York’s health commissioner, said in a release posted Tuesday. “New York State will follow the CDC and FDA recommendation and pause the use of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine statewide immediately today while these health and safety agencies evaluate next steps,” Zucker said. “All appointments for Johnson & Johnson vaccines today at New York State mass vaccination sites will be honored with the Pfizer vaccine.” New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo took to Twitter shortly after the announcement to say that those who had planned to receive the J&J vaccine do not need to cancel appointments. “IMPORTANT: If you have an appointment TODAY at a State-run mass vaccination site for the Johnson & Johnson vaccine, you will be offered the Pfizer vaccine instead,” Cuomo wrote in the Tweet. “You do NOT need to cancel your appointment.”
CDC: 3,005 Recorded Deaths in VAERS Following COVID-19 Experimental “Vaccines” – More than Total Vaccine Deaths for Past 13+ Years The CDC announced today that deaths reported to the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS), a U.S. Government funded database that tracks injuries and deaths caused by vaccines, following experimental COVID injections, have now surpassed 3000 deaths since December of 2020, when the Pfizer and Moderna mRNA COVID shots were given emergency use authorization (EUA) by the FDA. This was reported on the CDC website today, on their “Selected Adverse Events Reported after COVID-19 Vaccination” page. They report that 3,005 people have now died following COVID-19 experimental “vaccines.” (Note: not all of these deaths they are reporting have been entered into the VAERS database yet. Additional data is entered into VAERS every Friday.) The CDC wants the public to think that this is an insignificant number, since over 189 million doses of COVID-19 emergency use injections have now been administered to the public. But to put this into perspective, these 3,005 deaths now exceed the total number of deaths following ALL vaccinations from August of 2007, through the end of November, 2020, just before the experimental COVID shots started. That is a time period of over 13 years, with 3,001 deaths following ALL vaccinations administered during that time frame.
Ludwig von Mises on Intellectual Obligation in Times of Crisis Last year often felt like the “worst of times,” in Dickens’ phrase, but the 20th century saw other terrible times. Following the Great War, political and economic instability in Europe gave rise to totalitarian ideologies that fundamentally threatened civilization itself. Not everyone saw it coming but one intellectual who did was Ludwig von Mises (1881-1973). While his friends and colleagues dabbled in various forms of socialist and fascist ideology, and firmly rejected liberalism as classically understood, he sent out warning shots in a 1919 book, a 1920 essay that rocked academia, and a 1922 book that pretty well settled the matter. The 1922 treatise was Socialism. It went “viral,” as they say today. It was a devastating takedown of every conceivable form of socialist ideology, including that which was later known as national socialism. It begins with a robust theory of social cooperation and ends with a warning that once the dictators realize that their plans are failing, they will turn to purely destructive pursuits, both to save face and to exercise revenge on the social order that resisted their brilliance. F.A. Hayek writes that it was this book which shook him of his illusions that intellectuals backed by the power of the state could drive the world into some kind of utopian state of perfect equality, holiness, efficiency, cultural homogeneity, or whatever one’s unconstrained vision happened to be. He proved that socialist ideology was a totalitarian intellectual illusion that tried to restructure the world in forms that could not be, given the realities and constraints of the world as we know it.
Question of The Day!
Hi Robert! My dad had a skin issue that has been incredibly difficult to find the right treatment for and it’s getting worse and worse. He’s had it for months. I suspect some sort of autoimmune issue but I don’t know anything for sure. It could be mold, it could be Sibo related, it could be some sort of allergy. Just don’t know where to start to help him! Could the Argentyn and aloe combo help him? What would you recommend us doing? We are grasping at straws here. He is so miserable. We would be so thankful for any direction.
Cloth face covering curbs exercise performance and physical capacity A cloth face covering curbs exercise performance and physical capacity, reveal the results of a small clinical trial, published online in the British Journal of Sports Medicine. Wearers also reported increasing shortness of breath and claustrophobia at higher exercise intensities, prompting the researchers to suggest modifying the frequency, intensity, duration and type of exercise done when wearing a cloth face mask. Recommendations for wearing face masks during exercise vary globally and the physiological impact of wearing cloth face masks during exercise is poorly understood, say the researchers. Several studies have studied the impact of wearing surgical masks on the cardiovascular and subjective responses to exercise. But these masks aren’t widely available for general use, and few studies have looked at the impact of cloth face masks. In a bid to plug this knowledge gap, the researchers compared the exercise performance of 31 healthy adults, aged 18 to 29, while they ran on a treadmill to exhaustion, once wearing a cloth face mask and once not wearing one.
Comment of The Day!
Hi RSB and Super D!
Dougs new bloodwork shows that we brought his A1C down from 10 to 6.1 with NO DRUGS!!
Our doctor was STUNNED! she had told us that the best we could expect was maybe 9 with supplements, diet and lifestyle! She said whatever we are doing, keep it up!
Intermittent fasting, eating more of certain foods, less or none of others and taking chromium are the main changes doug has made… lots of veggies, no corn or white flour or processed foods, potatoes as a treat. Not even all that strict! we even made “copycat reeses eggs” for an Easter treat…organic PB, stevia sweetened chocolate, monk fruit “sugar”…low calorie, low carb and zero sugar! and satisfied a former candy addict!
We’ve also been experimenting with ice cream…raw organic whole milk and monk fruit! I’ve been adapting baked goods to accommodate oat flour with some success…theres some magic in oats thats very beneficial to diabetics, and you’re not stuck just eating pasty oatmeal!
Anyway, we are very excited and wanted to share and encourage!
Thank you for teaching us that the power to heal is OURS!
lots of love,
Pat and Doug
Hour 2 – Outside The Box With Ty Bollinger!
It’s time to go Outside The Box again with Ty Bollinger! What will we be talking about today?
BUSTED! Top 5 Cancer Myths You probably hear a lot of conflicting information about cancer. There seems to be so many opinions about what causes cancer, who is at highest risk, and how you can beat it. So what are the facts about cancer and what are myths? Some of the truths behind common misconceptions about cancer may surprise you… 5 Common Myths about Cancer: 1. Cancer is genetic so nothing can prevent whether or not you are diagnosed. This is one of the biggest myths because experts estimate that more than half of cancer diagnoses can be prevented. Less than 5% of all cancers have a genetic link. A vast majority of cancers are caused by environmental toxicity. 2. Cancer isn’t common in children. Every day, more than 40 children are diagnosed with cancer in the U.S. alone – with more than 175,000 thousand children being diagnosed worldwide each year. Cancer is the #1 disease killer of children. Every day, cancer (and cancer treatments) will claim the lives of 5 American children – more than complications from congenital birth defects, type 1 diabetes, and asthma combined. The survival rates among children with cancer are not improving because the conventional treatments (chemo and radiation) make things worse and there’s very little emphasis on finding the cause rather than merely treating symptoms. 3. People with cancer should “rest” as much as possible. While adequate rest is definitely necessary to stay healthy, experts advise against isolation and inactivity, which can lead to increased fatigue, a weakened immune system, and depression. Patients who exercise consistently have a higher rate of survival and maintain a more positive outlook throughout their recovery.
7 Tips to Cancer-Proof Your Home Cancer is a threat to every person on the planet. Although scientists are unclear as to why some people get cancer and others do not, there are known factors that increase your risk of being diagnosed with this deadly disease. Cancer develops when your cells are damaged but do not self-destruct or are not destroyed by your immune system. They then mutate and begin to multiply out of control. That is why it is essential to cancer proof your home. Many things can lead to the initial cellular damage. Environmental pollution, nutritional deficiency, overall physical health, and family history are evaluated when cancer is detected. As individuals, it is important to minimize as many “outside” influences in regards to cancer as possible. Risks that we can personally change are a step in the right direction. Maintaining a healthy bodyweight, quitting smoking, and avoiding too much unprotected exposure to ultraviolet light are well known changes you can make to your lifestyle to lower your risk. There are several others that are not as commonly known…
10 Ways to Reduce Your Cancer Risk Every single day you’re bombarded with conflicting images about who you should be, the foods you should be eating, and how you should feel. Mass marketing campaigns target insecurities, ambitions, and our need to “fit in” with society at large. What you see is not always the whole truth. Advertisers, manufacturers, and drug companies want you to think they know exactly what you want and how to give it to you. They want to control your health, your buying habits, and when one thing makes you sicker, they want to tell you about this other pill that will make that side effect better. Just a few of the messages you’ll see or hear everyday include…This program makes you thin and attractive. That pill makes you happy. These foods are bright and colorful, so they must be good for you. In an age of too much information and far too little ethics about what and how companies sell to you, it’s important to remember that your body and your health are your responsibility. Something as important as your health should never be left in the hands of someone else. History tells us that doctors make mistakes, drug side effects can be deadly, and foods you’re told are “good” for you turn out to trigger a global pandemic (we’re talking to you margarine and high fructose corn syrup).
