Thursday on The Robert Scott Bell Show:
Sacred Fire of Liberty!
It’s that time of the week where we get to explore the political healing that this country needs so desperately! Jonathan Emord is back to help us dissect the latest political news that’s fit to print:
Republican lawmakers blast Fauci after thousands of emails released GOP lawmakers lashed out at White House chief medical adviser Dr. Anthony Fauci Wednesday after a bevy of his emails from the early days of the coronavirus pandemic were made public. Many Republicans focused their ire on the fact that Fauci received messages in early 2020 warning that the virus had been “engineered” or may have otherwise emerged from a lab in Wuhan, China, while he was publicly dismissing the possibility. Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.), who has clashed with Fauci on a number of pandemic-related issues this year, set the tone early Wednesday by tweeting “Told you” followed by an emoji of a pair of eyes and the hashtag “#firefauci.” “Fauci’s leaked emails are shocking to say the least,” agreed Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.). “He needs to be FIRED!” Greene followed that tweet by posting an image of herself wearing a black mask bearing the words “Fire Fauci.”
Tucker Carlson: Is Dr. Fauci under criminal investigation? The utter fraudulence of Tony Fauci is obvious now, and it’s widely acknowledged. But it was not always obvious. In March of last year, we interviewed Fauci on this show. We treated him with respect. We took his answers seriously. We’re Americans, so we assumed the man in charge of protecting the United States from COVID must be impressive and rational. We also assumed he was honest. But we were wrong. It soon became clear that Tony Fauci was just another sleazy federal bureaucrat — deeply political and often dishonest. More shocking, we then learned that Fauci himself was implicated in the very pandemic he’d been charged with fighting. Fauci supported the grotesque and dangerous experiments that appear to have made COVID possible. We came to these conclusions incrementally, spurred by evidence that accumulated over the course of a year. Tonight, we have the mother-load. Thanks to a freedom of information request from Buzzfeed, we have thousands of emails to and from Tony Fauci, going back to the early winter of 2020. Collectively, they show that from the beginning, Fauci was worried the public might conclude that COVID originated at the Wuhan Institute of Virology. Why was Fauci be concerned that Americans would conclude that? Possibly because Tony Fauci knew perfectly well he’d funded gain-of-function experiments at that same laboratory.
California to pay $2M church legal fees over COVID closures The state of California has agreed not to impose greater coronavirus restrictions on church gatherings than it does on retail establishments in a pair of settlements that provide more than $2 million in fees to lawyers who challenged the rules as a violation of religious freedom. A deal approved Tuesday by a federal judge comes after lawyers for a San Diego-area Pentecostal church took their challenge against the state to the U.S. Supreme Court three times and won. The settlement includes a permanent injunction in line with Supreme Court rulings that found restrictions on houses of worship cannot exceed those on retail businesses, attorney Paul Jonna said. “If they’re gonna restrict Costco to 50%, then they can do the same thing to churches,” Jonna said. “But what they were doing before, as you may remember, is they were keeping those places open and they were shutting down churches — at least in California — completely.” The settlement has little practical impact after a Supreme Court ruling led the state in April to lift limits on indoor worship. As the state’s case rate of COVID-19 has plummeted since a deadly winter surge and vaccination rates rise, Gov. Gavin Newsom is poised to lift all restrictions on June 15. Newsom’s office issued a statement saying he put the health of Californians first when he imposed closure orders. It said the settlements provide clarity on how public health standards can be applied to churches.
Tucker Rips ‘Medical Jim Crow’ of Vaccine Segregation “Medical Jim Crow has come to America,” Fox News host Tucker Carlson told his viewers Tuesday when addressing the increasing segregation of vaccinated and unvaccinated persons in public spaces. Carlson reported that unless you can prove you are vaccinated, you are not permitted to enter bars, clubs, and even some dance competitions in the New York. The host also detailed new technologies that verify people’s vaccination status, which Carlson argues constitutes stripping Americans of their Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) privacy protections. “It used to be illegal to demand people’s confidential medical information,” Carlson said. “Not anymore. What’s illegal now is trying to hide it.” Tucker Carlson: If you’re a middle aged American — some of us are — you can probably still dimly remember back to what things used to be like in this country, say 13 or 14 months ago. Way back then, before the revolution, pretty much everybody agreed that segregation was the worst thing this country ever did. Forcing certain categories of citizens into separate, lesser accommodations, barring them from public places, treating them like lepers or untouchables, that was completely immoral and wrong. We were told that a lot and most of us strongly agreed. It was wrong. So imagine our confusion today looking out across the country. The very same people, literally the very same, who just the other day told us that segregation was immoral, are now enforcing segregation. Should we be surprised? Probably not, but we still are.
Biden: ‘Terrorism from White Supremacy Is the Most Lethal Threat to the Homeland Today, Not ISIS, Not Al Qaeda’ President Joe Biden spent much of Tuesday urging the nation to focus on hatred, especially white-on-black hatred, or what he called “the stain on the soul of America.” Biden was speaking in Tulsa, Oklahoma, commemorating a violent attack by a white mob on the black community of Greenwood 100 years ago. He drew a “line” from what happened in Tulsa way back then to hatred that “exists today still.” He also asserted that “terrorism from white supremacy is the most lethal threat to the homeland today — not ISIS, not al Qaeda — white supremacists.” “We must address what remains of the stain on the soul of America,” Biden said in his speech: What happened in Greenwood was an act of hate and domestic terrorism with a through line that exists today still. Just close your eyes and remember what you saw in Charlottesville four years ago on television — Neo-Nazis, white supremacists, the KKK coming out of those fields at night in Virginia with lighted torches, the veins bulging on their–as they were screaming. Remember? Just close your eyes and picture what it was.
Report: Taxpayers Will Foot the Bill for Andrew Cuomo’s Mounting Legal Costs over Investigations The taxpayer will pay for the $2.5 millions in contracts Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s (D) office has with lawyers representing him during the ongoing federal investigation over his administration’s handling of the Chinese coronavirus data in nursing homes and his alleged abuse of power in sexually harassment allegations, according to a report. The Associated Press reported Cuomo said Wednesday the legal bill will be paid by the taxpayers. During the Chinese coronavirus pandemic, Cuomo reportedly mishandled the Empire State’s nursing home data. According to the report, the legal bills are also growing, as Cuomo has had numerous women come out alleging the governor sexually harassed and assaulted female employees, along with other women. During the pandemic, Cuomo published a book on his own “leadership” during the pandemic – in violation of state ethics laws – while giving priority coronavirus testing to his family, according to the report. The Department of Justice (DOJ) and the state Attorney General’s office both have launched probes into the allegations surrounding the governor. The state Assembly judiciary committee has started a separate investigation into the allegations to consider if there are grounds for the state’s assembly to impeach Cuomo. On Wednesday, AP reported, when the governor was asked if the legal bill would be paid for “using campaign or personal funds,” Cuomo answered, “Not at this time.”

22 Benefits Of CBD Oil: Based On Academic Research CBD or cannabidiol is a chemical derived from the Cannabis Sativa plant, commonly referred to as marijuana or hemp. The cannabis Sativa plant has over 80 compounds, the cannabinoids. The primary ingredient in marijuana is delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), but cannabidiol is obtained mainly from hemp. Hemp contains minimal amounts of THC. In 2018, the passage of the Farm Bill made it legal in the U.S to sell hemp and hemp-derived products. However, not all hemp-derived cannabidiol products are certified as legal. Since CBD has been studied and seen as a new drug, it is illegal to include it in food or dietary supplements or products marketed as therapeutic products. Cannabidiol is only to be included in cosmetic products, and THC contained in CBD products should be less than 0.3%. Luckily, the Farm Bill also preserved the oversight of products derived from cannabis to the Food and Drug Administration. CBD is a non-psychoactive component, which means that it doesn’t cause the euphoric sensation or “high” generally associated with marijuana or cannabis.
Can CBD Stop Breast Cancer From Metastasizing? The worst stage of breast cancer is the last one. Once the cancer has metastasized and spread throughout the body, the end is near — and very, very painful. However, a new therapy that utilizes cannabidiol (CBD) is yielding promising results. By turning back the clock on invasiveness of late-stage breast cancer. Cannabis for breast cancer could be the breakthrough many women — and men — have been waiting for. In a 2007 study funded in part by National Institutes of Health, molecular biologists at the California Pacific Medical Center performed tests on human breast cancer cells that reveal how CBD could slow down and even halt the progression of the disease, even at its more virulent late-stage existence. For breast cancer sufferers, this is huge news. Despite the overwhelming public support of breast cancer patients and sky-high donations to specifically focused charities like the Susan G. Komen Foundation, breast cancer remains an insidious killer. The American Cancer Society says that the average American woman has a twelve percent chance of developing breast cancer in her lifetime. This is more than any other cancer besides skin cancer.
