Thursday on The Robert Scott Bell Show:
Sacred Fire of Liberty!
It’s that time of the week where we get to explore the political healing that this country needs so desperately! Jonathan Emord is back to help us dissect the latest political news that’s fit to print:
Vaccine Passports vs. Freedom Itself To reject the creeping totalitarianism and dictatorship is the lifeblood of all freedom-loving individuals across the world. Those under despotic control yearn for freedom. We need only to look at the failing state of Hong Kong, where once freedom reigned and commerce enjoyed an unprecedented expansion of wealth and enviable quality of life, and now finds its democratic pursuits thwarted while it cowers under the dictates of Chinese Communism. CS Lewis said, “Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies.” And it is with that in mind that we find ourselves both stunned and aghast concerning the fact that our Governments are even considering the issuance of what have become known as Covid-19 ‘vaccine passports.’ The very idea is anathema to our democratic principles and rights that are enshrined in the US Constitution as well as the Canadian Charter of Rights. The vaccine passports are being considered and/or introduced by various government bodies which will constrain the rights of citizens under the questionable guise of safety! The Covid-19 pandemic era we face today has brought out the manifest nature of a government of bureaucrats and technocrats, who invoke safety and security of the public in a sly and unobtrusive manner to promote their agenda of surveillance and control. We have been struggling with unsound, unscientific, illogical, irrational, and specious societal lockdowns, shelter-in-place edicts, masking and mask mandates, and school closures.
Biden says parts of the US are ‘backsliding’ to Jim Crow era President Biden said Wednesday that parts of United States are “backsliding” into the Jim Crow era, alleging that the voter integrity laws being passed throughout the nation are comparable to when African Americans were made to perform impossible tasks in order to casttheir ballot. The commander-in-chief made the remarks at a virtual conference for Rev. Al Sharpton’s National Action Network’s annual convention, during which he largely focused on the state of civil rights and racial equality.Biden recently compared Georgia’s new voter integrity law to Jim Crow, which caused him to run afoul of fact-checkers for repeatedly misdescribing the legislation’s details.“This organization has always been an essential voice, but never more essential than it is today. Upholding and advancing the security and prosperity of health and well-being, dignity, possibilities of all Black Americans,” Biden told the NAN attendees.“It’s at a time when the pandemic and the economic crisis continue to devastate Black communities, at a time when the cry for justice for ahundred years in the making is ringing out across our nation,” he continued, calling such things “un-American.”“[P]arts of our country are backsliding. The days of Jim Crow, passing laws that harken back to the era of poll taxes, when Black peoplewere made to guess how many beans – how many jelly beans in a jar, or count the number of bubbles in a bar of soap before they couldcast their ballot.”
Report: Democrats to Unveil Court-packing Bill; Expands Supreme Court to 13 A group of Democrats Thursday formally launched a legislative effort to pack the Supreme Court by adding four new justices, in a move that was hailed by progressive activists but quickly met with fierce GOP opposition and skepticism by Democratic leadership. Sen. Ed Markey, D-Mass., along with House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerrold Nadler, D-N.Y., and Judiciary Committee members Mondaire Jones, D-N.Y., and Hank Johnson, D-Ga., stood outside the Supreme Court Thursday to announce their new legislation to expand the high court from 9 to 13 justices. They said the far-right has hijacked the court thanks to “norm-breaking” moves by Senate Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., and expanding the number of justices is necessary to restore balance and integrity to the highest court in America. Jones, a freshman lawmaker from New York’s Westchester County, said the Supreme Court’s latest decisions on campaign finance, voting rights and partisan gerrymandering show the “court has been hostile to democracy itself.”‘ “Our democracy is hanging by a thread. And the far-right majority on the U.S. Supreme Court is cutting it,” Jones said in a statement. “… The American people have had enough. To restore power to the people, we must expand the Supreme Court.”
Joe Biden: ‘It’s Time to End America’s Longest War’ in Afghanistan President Joe Biden announced his decision Wednesday to fully withdraw troops from Afghanistan by September 11, 2021. “I’ve concluded that it’s time to end America’s longest war,” Biden said. “It’s time for American troops to come home.” The president delivered a speech detailing his decision in the Treaty Room at the White House. Biden’s decision extends a deadline former President Donald Trump set to withdraw troops by May 1, but ultimately follows his lead to end the war. He tacitly acknowledged Trump’s role in ending the war by negotiating the agreement. “It’s perhaps not what I would have negotiated myself, but it was an agreement made by the United States government and that means something,” Biden said, referring to the Trump administration’s agreement. Biden described the war in Afghanistan as the “forever war” and promised to end it during his presidency. “I’m now the fourth United States president to preside over American troop presence in Afghanistan. Two Republicans. Two Democrats,” Biden said. “I will not pass on this responsibility on to a fifth.” Biden defended his initial support for the war but argued the objectives of the operations were completed, as Afghanistan was no longer a home for terrorists and Osama bin Laden had been found and killed.
Connecticut Lawmakers to Vote on Repealing Religious Exemption to Vaccine Mandates Two bills that would repeal religious exemptions to mandatory vaccinations in Connecticut are one step closer to passing. Despite strong opposition by some lawmakers, members of Connecticut’s Public Health Committee on March 31 passed SB-568 and HB-6423 out of committee. The bills passed along party lines, with 22 Democrats voting in favor and 11 Republicans opposed. A floor vote could take place as early as April 19. If the bills pass as currently written, the religious exemption would be removed immediately for children in daycare, preschool and kindergarten through sixth grade in public and private schools. However, religious exemptions already on file for students currently enrolled in grades seven through 12 and college would be upheld and those students would be allowed to remain in school. New students would be unable to obtain religious exemptions. Connecticut health freedom advocates faced a number of challenges this year, including changes in membership on the Public Health Committee. State Reps. Jack Hennessy, D-Bridgeport, and David Michel, D-Stamford, who were the only two democrats to vote against the measure last February, did not get reappointed to the health committee. When asked about the shuffle, Speaker of the House Matt Ritter (D) Hartford stated, “I did my very best to give people the committees they wanted to be on. But there are dozens of members of the caucus who were not able to get all the committees they wanted. It’s a tough juggling act.”
The Authoritarians: Their Assault on Individual Liberty, the Constitution, and Free Enterprise from the 19th Century to the Present
Jonathan W. Emord is one of the nation’s foremost experts on constitutional and administrative law and has practiced before the federal courts and agencies for thirty-five years. In The Authoritarians, Emord reveals the untold story and largely hidden practices of Authoritarians who have worked inside the United States government to undermine the Constitution and override rights protections since the earliest days of the Progressive Era.Emord traces the intellectual origins of Authoritarianism to its Hegelian roots in Germany. He shows how legions of academics, trained to hate the American system of government, became predominant in the major universities of America, entered government as top advisors, and successfully orchestrated an overthrow of the Constitution’s limits on power which put the rights of individuals in jeopardy from the Progressive Era through the New Deal to today. In The Authoritarians, readers learn how Authoritarians endorsed forced sterilization of 60,000 American citizens whom they deemed “undesirable” and “unfit”. Readers also learn how Authoritarians selectively created monopolies and overcame the constitutional limits on government power the Founding Fathers put in the Constitution to prevent tyranny, thus ushering in the foundation for a socialist state.
In The Authoritarians, Emord reveals the lies told by advocates of the Black Lives Matter organization, Antifa, and the 1619 Project. He presents the startling fact that the first slaves in the Jamestown Colony in 1619 were not blacks, but whites and that in the antebellum South slave owners were not only white, but black. Readers also learn the inherent failings of socialism; the tremendous cost it imposes on human lives; and the grave threat to the survival and success of liberty and justice in America posed by Authoritarians such as Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Bernie Sanders, Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer, Ed Markey, Joe Biden, and Kamala Harris. The Authoritarians unveils a detailed strategy for restoring constitutional protection for individual rights and fending off the horrors of a socialist tidal wave now drenching America.

Honoring Antoine Béchamp The Gentle Giant Of Science & Medicine On April 15, 1908 one of the greatest scientists who ever lived passed away at the ripe age of 91. You may be thinking to yourself, “Who cares” or “Why is this important.” It matters because he was the foremost pioneer of science, medicine, nutrition and genetics all at once and his discoveries could have saved humanity a whole lot of misery and suffering. This incredibly brilliant scientist proved through his research dating as far back as 150 years ago what the root cause of disease was, and how it could be reversed or avoided altogether using safe, natural methods. This was long before synthetic drugs, chemotherapy, radiation, surgical removal of body parts and vaccines were the medicine of choice. Béchamp’s research revealed that the inner condition of a person’s cellular terrain determined whether disease would manifest or spread in the body. He proved through rigorous scientific method that disease was not due to germs attacking the body from the outside as Louis Pasteur later convinced the world. What you eat, breathe, drink, and bathe in are the primary factors that determine your body’s inner condition.
Antoine Béchamp Vs. Louis Pasteur – Almost 100 Years Later The Truth Remains Buried To Support A Lie The Oscar winning ‘Amadeus’ told the tale of a jealous, musically inferior Antonio Salieri attempting to suppress the acclaim of now legendary musical genius Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. Success for Salieri over Mozart in such a tale would have left the world a lesser place and missing out on a great body of music. Much beauty would have been lost to the world. This tale was told again a century later but this time the jealous, inferior Salieri character succeeded in being lifted up high over the superior genius of the Mozart character. This latter tale was played out not in concert halls of music but rather in the halls of medicine and science. In this decidedly non-fictional tale the Salieri role was filled by Louis Pasteur and the Mozart role more than ably filled by Pierre Jacques Antoine Béchamp. The Salieri-like Pasteur character’s success at achieving legendary fame over the Mozart-like Béchamp character’s genius and beauty have had quite literally grave results. Much life has been lost to the world and needless suffering dramatically increased with this world left a much lesser place missing out on a great body of work. All of this is due to the dastardly deeds of Louis Pasteur triumphing against truth and Antoine Béchamp.
