Tuesday on The Robert Scott Bell Show:
Study: Fewer than 60% of Americans believe vaccines are safe, effective Less than 60% of Americans believe vaccines are safe and effective, according to an analysis published Thursday by the Lancet. Although that figure is on par with much of Western Europe — and is far higher than those in many eastern European and Asian nations — it may be “masking pockets of dissent,” study co-author Heidi Larson told UPI. The findings are significant, given the global quest for a vaccine against COVID-19, which as of Thursday afternoon has infected nearly 28 million people globally, including 6.4 million in the United States, based on figures from Johns Hopkins University. The pandemic won’t end until there is a viable vaccine and large numbers of people take it, experts have said.
Bill Gates Wonders Whether FDA Can Be Trusted on a Covid Vaccine Bill Gates used to think of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration as the world’s premier public-health authority. Not anymore. And he doesn’t trust the Centers for Disease Control and Protection either. Both, in his view, are casualties of a presidency that has downplayed or dismissed science and medicine in the pursuit of political gain. One recent example came when FDA Commissioner Stephen Hahn, speaking at one of President Donald Trump’s news conferences, exaggerated the benefit of blood plasma as a treatment for Covid-19, then backtracked the following day. “We saw with the completely bungled plasma statements that when you start pressuring people to say optimistic things, they go completely off the rails. The FDA lost a lot of credibility there,” Gates, the billionaire philanthropist, said in an interview on Bloomberg Television.
FDA leaders, facing doubts over the agency’s independence, pledge to ‘follow the science’ amid pandemic After a series of controversial decisions by the FDA so far in the COVID-19 pandemic, questions have circled over whether politics are entering the agency’s decision-making process. Aware of questions and criticisms surrounding the agency, key FDA leaders are pledging to always put science first. In a USA Today op-ed, eight senior career officials said they “absolutely understand” that the agency faces political pressure, but that they will always use “sound science” as a “guide to navigate controversial waters.” “We will work with agency leadership to maintain FDA’s steadfast commitment to ensuring our decisions will continue to be guided by the best science,” the leaders wrote. “Our approach has been and must remain the gold standard that all can rely upon.” The leaders oversee more than 17,000 employees and have more than 100 years of combined experience at the agency. While they didn’t specifically touch on vaccines in the op-ed, the agency’s reviews of immunizations will be among its biggest decisions amid the pandemic. President Donald Trump has indicated a vaccine is coming soon—possibly before the November election—and programs from Pfizer and Moderna are already in phase 3. AstraZeneca also has a phase 3 trial underway, but it’s currently paused for a safety review.
Questions of The Day!
Hi ho silver Rsb and Super D it’s Shane again glad to be apart of your healing experience. I have a few questions here if you can help me and my girlfriend Melissa. First she has a molar coming through and it’s causing face swelling from an infection she just had a dentist appointment. Now can silver help with a closed wound or would it be more beneficial after the extraction with the antibiotic? I know that some antibiotics don’t do well with silver and the others work amazingly well like 10 to 1000 times more effective. Another question is what are some of silvers limitations dealing with an infection, like does the wound have to be open to drive the silver to combat the microbes ? Just to name one just curious thank you Rsb and Super D keep rocking it much love.
I have a question: I’ve mostly given up dairy, gluten, and sugar for food allergy and health reasons but I still get shingles outbreaks on my arms here and there (smaller than before) for a long time every very weeks…even though I eat mostly organic and take herbs and sometimes take a homeopathic remedy. Is there anything I can do / take to eliminate these outbreaks permanently? They are so annoying as you can imagine. I love your show and appreciate your help.
Could your mask be a kind of vaccine against COVID-19? The world is still waiting for a safe, effective coronavirus vaccine. But new research now suggests that billions of people may already be using a crude vaccine of sorts: face masks. The theory—and it remains largely a theory—is that by filtering out airborne coronavirus droplets and thereby lowering the dose of SARS-CoV-2 a person inhales, infections have much less chance of producing symptoms. Much in the way vaccination works, an immune response would be triggered in the mask-wearer upon contact with a small amount of virus, but at a level that’s not likely to cause serious illness. “If this theory bears out, population-wide masking, with any type of mask that increases acceptability and adherence, might contribute to increasing the proportion of SARS-CoV-2 infections that are asymptomatic,” said Dr. Monica Gandhi and Dr. George Rutherford in a commentary published Sept. 8 in the New England Journal of Medicine. Both authors are from the University of California, San Francisco.

Renz Law was founded by Attorney Thomas Renz as a boutique law firm dedicated to provided the highest quality service possible to our clients. Mr. Renz’s experience with the law began with his mentor, Nuremburg Prosecutor and celebrated international lawyer and scholar, Henry T. King, Jr. A short list of other accomplishments include: being the only American to ever serve as clerk for the Honorable Justice Tarun Chatterjee of the Supreme Court of India, winning the national Trailblazer Award for Political Action, assisting in advocating for numerous state and national legislative and regulatory reforms, and many more. Mr. Renz has now moved into a traditional legal and consulting practice and is providing his clients with personal service he truly believes they deserve. If we accept you as a client we will treat you as a partner and we will do everything we can to ensure you are comfortable and understand the situation.
Covid update: The grand Ohio legal case for our time, against kings on their thrones The news is coming fast, the implications are titanic. On Monday, I wrote about Thomas Renz, the Ohio lawyer who is taking on a case for a set of plaintiffs, against Ohio Governor Mike DeWine and the state of Ohio. The charge: DeWine has created massive damage through lockdowns and other “containment measures” designed to stop the spread of the purported coronavirus. Against DeWine, attorney Renz has mounted a legal case to defeat both Constitutional violations AND gross scientific fraud. (Attorney press release posted here; Attorney plaintiff document filed with court posted here.) Update: A crucial part of this case is the DISCOVERY process. Attorney Renz and his colleagues would have the opportunity to sit down with key players in the COVID operation and grill them, in great detail, on matters of fact and science. Imagine Fauci, Birx, Redfield in the room having to answer very probing questions UNDER OATH. And the discovery proceedings would be made public, as they happen. Renz would be filing periodic reports with the court.
COVID-19 Litigation Renz Law has been hired to fight for the rights of Ohioans by ensuring that the Constitution is honored during the response to COVID-19. While we recognize that this may be a controversial case, it simply should not be. The Constitution of the United States does not allow for states to disregard the rights of American citizens without meeting the appropriate levels of judicial scrutiny. For fundamental rights, the State bears the burden of proof and must ensure our rights are only limited to the extent necessary to achieve a compelling governmental interest. That simply is not happening. While many people are scared of COVID-19 it simply is not Constitutional to force the rest of the population to forgo their rights so some may avoid fear. If you are scared it is absolutely your right to wear a mask, stay home, self isolate, or take any other action you believe is fit. We support people’s rights to live their lives as they choose but not to force their views on others. For those of you that believe that the restrictions we are facing are minor and that we should just accept them, we ask this question, what if the rights being abridged were something you did care about? Remember, the people in power change and while you may believe that what is happening now is okay but the next time you may not feel the same. We are attaching our case and the evidence we have made public to this point here. It is our hope that this may be useful in crafting other cases to ensure Americans around the country can get back to living their lives in a free nation.
U.S. Federal Judge Strikes Down Pennsylvania’s COVID Mandates as Unconstitutional A federal judge ruled on Monday that Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf’s and Secretary of Health Rachel Levine’s coronavirus orders, which shut down the state, closed businesses and limited gatherings, were unconstitutional. U.S. District Judge William Stickman IV agreed with the plaintiffs claim that Wolf’s business shutdown and stay-at-home orders violated certain constitutional rights. The plaintiffs include Butler, Fayette, Greene and Washington counties, four Republican lawmakers and several small businesses in those counties. Stickman said in his opinion that COVID-19 orders from Wolf and Pennsylvania Secretary of Health Rachel Levine violated and continue to violate the First Amendment right to freedom of assembly and the due process and equal protection clauses of the 14th Amendment.
The Evidence Keeps Piling Up: Lockdowns Don’t Work The toll lockdowns have taken on human life and human rights has been incalculable. Increases in child abuse, suicide, and even heart attacks, all appear to be a feature of mandatory stay-at-home orders issued by politicians who now rule by decree without any legislative or democratic due process. And then, of course, there is the economic toll on employment, which will feed negative impacts into the longer term. The economic burden has fallen the most on the young and on working-class families, whose earners are least able to work from home. These measures also have made a mockery of basic human rights while essentially expropriating private property. Mom-and-pop business owners were told to shut their doors indefinitely or face arrest. The unemployed were told it was now illegal to work for a living if their careers were deemed “nonessential.” Police officers have beaten citizens for not “social distancing” while mothers have been manhandled by cops for attempting to use playground equipment.
Flu may increase the spread of COVID-19 Scientists at the Max Planck Institute for Infection Biology in Berlin and the Institut Pasteur in Paris used a mathematical model to study the first months of the corona pandemic in Europe. They show that the decrease of COVID-19 cases in spring was not only related to countermeasures but also to the end of the flu season. Influenza may have increased transmission of the coronavirus by an average of 2.5-fold. The results of the study suggest that the coming flu epidemic will have a amplifying impact on the COVID-19 pandemic. The researchers emphasize the potential importance of flu vaccinations as a possible extra protection against COVID-19. The study was already pre-published on medRxiv and has not yet been peer reviewed. Data from earlier experiments led the team around the mathematician Matthieu Domenech de Cellès to investigate the effects of a co-infection with coronavirus and flu. The French mathematician focuses on the effectiveness of vaccination programs and the seasonality of infectious diseases such as influenza. When the first COVID-19 cases occurred in Europe at the beginning of the year, he wanted to apply his knowledge in epidemiological models to the new pandemic. Together with researchers from Paris and Lyon, he developed a mathematical model of coronavirus transmission and mortality to decipher the influence of the flu season on the COVID-19 pandemic.
